“The owner and the manager and waitresses were very rude very unprofessional.My daughter in-law went there 2 years ago said the service and food was great My son and daughter in-law and I went there on Saturday 11-8-2025 It was about 15 or 20 minutes to order then when we did order we waited over 1hour 15 minutes to eat the food was luke, warm. My daughter in-law bit into a clam strip and thought she broke her tooth she was afraid to eat anymore we had seafood the way it came out the food was saturated from the frying oil like it hadn't been changed in weeks I had coleslaw that had a fish taste to it like it was stored with open fish in the fridge we asked to speak to the manager when she finely came over she wanted the food my daughter in-law spit out in the napkin so obviously. the manager didn't believe her I ask to have her meal comped the manager left never came back I asked to speak to the owner eventually The owner came over was disrespectful rude and very unprofessional, for an owner of a restaurant. first of all, the kitchen was backed up.He should have been in the kitchen helping the cooks second of all he shouldn't have told me to get out of his restaurant the way he did.....“

Vegetarian options: I have vegetarian eater in my family, they have specific dishes and menu that is, but also you can just tell them, I want xyz leave out the meat and eggs… they are very accommodating. Just tell them your needs.

Dietary restrictions: They are very good with allergies and food issues. I always change the shrimp and no eggs and they have no problem. Delicious.

Parking: Nice large parking right in front of building. Short walk to the door.

Kid-friendliness: Lots of room. Friendly staff.. large tables.“

“This place calls itself the best barbecue in Millers Falls, which is selling itself short.... it's at least the best north of Deerfield.
They do some things that most barbecue places around here don't, like smoked turkey (VERY good), a variety of sausage, and fried chicken. You can tell a lot about a place by how much care they put into the stuff that isn't at the top of the menu like brisket.“

“I HATE when I forget to pack a lunch at work. (Sometimes I do it on purpose) Dangelos always brightens my afternoon! I’ve always worked in the restaurant industry until I got this new job. And now I get severely hangry and I know Dangelos will have me covered. The location is in the worst spot possible, but I will suffer the traffic to have a good sandwich. I went to school with one of the guys that is a higher up and It’s always nice to see him. One day at work I ordered food for delivery and they forgot my “combo up”. “The Blue Rock is lovely. Perched on a promontory overlooking the river, the dishes we had were well-conceived, perfectly cooked and presented. Cocktails were refreshing and flavorful.
We started with maiitake toast, which was gorgeous and in late September a great use of the wild-foraged bounty. We had the duck with cherries and pomegranate, perfectly-cooked, garnished with mashed potatoes and squash cooked two ways. The salmon with soubise sauce was nice (perhaps a tad more pureed onion would make it perfect?).
Because the Blue Rock is the only restaurant of its type open on a Monday, the staff was busy, and very friendly. We felt no pressure to turn the table over and it seemed that diners were happy to relax and converse over good food and drinks for the evening. We will definitely return to the Blue Rock. Reservations highly recommended.“

“This was a delicious experience. We were able to go on a Saturday morning and it was packed but there was a table for us to sit at. The staff here were very friendly and professional. The food was delicious and came out fast despite how busy it was. There isn't enough parking here but there is a lot out behind the building to park at. “Hillside pizza literally saved our wedding this past weekend. When our family was hit with covid the week before our wedding we had to pivot and make a plan b. If we didn’t cancel our planned catering by a certain time we would risk losing a large amount of money if we ends up with covid. We decided to call hillside which was close to our venue and see if they could help. Daniel was awesome and super accommodating. We were able to order 39 various pizzas all of which were awesome and salad for 105 people. They also accommodated a few of our guests with gluten and dairy intolerance by creating special meals for them. They were able to give us until 8 pm the night before to cancel as we continued to covid test to be sure we were clear. When the pizza arrived it was sent with hot bags tongs for the salad which was so fresh and delicious. All of the dressings and pizzas came with awesome labels. The guests were very satisfied and the food was delicious! Thank you so very much Daniel and hillside pizza!!“

“Just from my breakfast today, I can't recommend the new Freedom Cafe, aka Bonnie Bees, enough. The Irish Benedict was the best I've had. And I've had many benes in my life. The egg was cooked perfectly. Ho' made hash. Just the right amount of hollandaise sauce. Yum! Wifey had to compliment Jason the chef for his light and fluffy pancakes. “My daughter and I enjoy good Chinese food and when it’s at an affordable price; even better. I only gave 4 stars for the atmosphere because we’ve never dined in; but the place is small and inviting inside.

Parking: There are at least six spots within a short distance from the front door. I’ve never had an issue getting a parking spot and if you are just running in to pick up an order then there is a few side street parking spots around the corner.“
