Dunkin' Donuts in Dorchester

“Dunkin was awesome this morning, my friend Pastor James who preached at our church got together with me on his birthday no less, and treated me out to a snack at Dunkin donuts I enjoyed the conversation and fellowship I had with him as we discussed certain things and we both have one thing in common we love feeding and talkin to the homeless, I was homeless over 4 years so I absolutely get it! We both feed the homeless as we receive Food or can buy food to share with them! I'm glad I got to know him better today and I wish him a happy birthday! Had an awesome time with him as we got to share different subjects! I had a snack and a Coke, and he had a coffee I believe and a cream cheese bagel! And it was his birthday I should have bought him breakfast, but instead he treated me out to this breakfast! That was pretty awesome I glad I got to know him better, he's a great individual friend and preacher as well! So I really enjoyed my time with him and I was grateful for that! Please keep us in your prayers hurricane Lee is supposed to be visiting Boston soon today or tomorrow! God bless you all from Boston be safe wherever you ?☺️“

“Fast and prompt and we got what we wanted the food and beverage was to our liking. But I'd discovered at this location for the cost of our items a piece there was less inexpensive option. They have $6 special sandwich, tots and coffee. I don't like egg because they don't make plain egg white anymore so I double up on meat on my croissant sandwich which I might say was scrumptious 😋. But afterwards I wanted tots and just said nevermind get something more later. We were both happy 😊 with our choice and went and sat on the window ledge in the store ate our breakfast. Like 👍 slogan says run on down will definitely do that when in that area and get the special if it is still there. It was windy that day so I could have got a nice coffee ☕“

“The line was extremely long so I decided to sit down and order to go on the app. The time waited compared to ordering in store was no comparison I was out before the people who were ordering when I walked in and I still had to place my on the app. After ordering in the app I waited 5 minutes before going to the on the go beverage counter and my frozen drink was done but missing whipped cream and the fancy stuff, and I had to ask them to retrieve my bakery items and make the 2nd drink that had somehow been missed. The drinks were perfect when all said and done and considering the amount of people ordering and the amount behind the counter the productivity was amazing and on point and they all had a smile on their faces and were very kind. I always have a pleasant experience when I go in, I really enjoy this Dunkins location. ?

Parking: Parking is on backside of building if you turn off the main street following the side of the Dunkins. It's on a corner and clearly can't be driven around on one side so just turn towards the Dunkins and you can't miss it!“

“This dunks is always hustling and bustling esp in the the morning. It's location is pretty much a hole in the the wall but it does have a walk-by take out window during the nicer weather. The staff here are very attentive and focused. Hard working esp. the woman with the blonde braids wish I knew her name to recommend and compliment her work performance she is amazing at how she handles her team of crew around here and the customers. She deserves to be manager if she isn't already!“

“one of the busiest locations but they have it down to a science. you get in and get out quickly. dd food isnt the greatest but get the job done so my score is no reflection of the establishment. its just ok food. but service is always quick and friendly. i love this location. parking can get a little crazy in the lot when its busy but spot free up quickly due to the efficient service. Dont be surprised if some holds the door for you or give u a compliment they are just being nice and hoping you may give them a donation. they are usually very friendly.“

“Very disappointed, I order a large hot matcha latte, and the lady replies that she will put ice cubes in my warm drink, I don't know why. I got a cold matcha latte as I asked for it hot. The price is not what was quoted instead of paying $4.29 the drink was $4.79. It's wrong to not display the real prices of your drinks on the board. When I said they were a problem of price they told me it's normal we increased them... not fair“

“A Small Dunkin shop in Stop and Shop. The Attendent is fast and knows how to make a coffee. She works alone most of the time so be patient please. To the manger get he some help she needs at least 3 active workers to help out in a busy store. large store Stop and Shop and everyone loves Dunkin... Have a ? “this store is TOTALY AWSOME GREAT CREW and they take great pride in serving the people of neponset +there on a huge main drag where the traffic is always heavy and they always say hello to pets and give a cookie out for each dog now thats CLass“

“i often come by on wednesdays + friday mornings & do a mobile order & pick it up & they are really nice!!! the orders are always correct + made well & whenever something is wrong i just ask for a refund on the dunkin website & they give it to me... the only thing i would say might be bad is that sometimes they run out of coldbrew which is my favorite drink:(“

“Dropped by there with my wife after Boston concert in the way home about 12:15 a.m. I've been here before after vacation coming home. It's awesome that they're open sooo late. Slays a pleasure to chat inside while waiting also.“
