“We visited for a birthday dinner on a Monday and it was pretty empty, especially after the holidays which is expected. Service was great and the food was good. Atmosphere was inviting. I am giving it 4. 5 stars because for the price, I would expect superb food. The desserts were the best part of the experience. I Recommend the classic tiramisu and the cheesecake. The drinks were good especially the lychee Mocktail for those looking for a non alcoholic alternative. They have a large variety of sake and my husband loved the Snowmaiden. I will visit again for desserts and drinks for sure!“

“We got 2 large platters (one hot and one raw) for 4 adults. WoW. That was a lot of food. The presentation was beautiful, one on a boat and the other on a bridge. The pieces were huge and very fresh. A lot of different combinations to try. The waitstaff was so nice. Highly recommend!“

What inspired me to leave this review today was my salmon avocado sushi (pictured next to the eel avocado sushi, also delicious!) never in my life have I had salmon sushi that looks this beautiful- and it's the best tasting I have ever had. Took someone for birthday sushi, and the takumi pizza was awesome— and tried this seared yellowtail appetizer — hamachi Kama— was soo flavorful and amazing. Then we backed up a 2 person sushi boat to deliver a totally awesome experience. Loved it, wish I lived closer to hit this place up regularly.“

“Kevin, the GM is the best. I've been going to the Ginger for 15+years, and there's only been one constant- Kevin. He makes every visit seem like your are visiting an old friend. You couldn't ask for better service or food . Go outside of your comfort zone, and ask him for recommendations for a meal. I'd never order some of the things that he had recommended without his guidance. Love this place.“

“Family run place with a great owner! Jenny makes this place special and somehow has always remembers us even when it’s a long time between visits.

You can get westernized food here, but it’s got to be one of the only places outside of metro Boston where you can get authentic Szechuan cuisine. I haven’t had Mapo Tofu this good since I was in China.
