Shabu Shack has become our go-to spot for hot spot in the Boston area. We love the dipping sauce and how thinly sauce the meats are cut. For the price we're paying and the quality of food, it's really hard to beat. On top of this, the atmosphere/vibes make it very cozy to sit down and eat. Service is wonderful and very responsive. One of the best hot pot places in the Lowell area and perhaps in the north of Boston area!
this place is really beautiful and the service was so nice. we accidentally ordered a broth that was too spicy for my grandma to handle and our waiter brandon didn’t mind changing it at all. broths were great, the shrimp tempura was perfect. excited to come back

Finally went out to check this place out. Because me and my wife have had a new love for hot pot. Only then was that we went with a big family because it was her birthday. This place can't really set set up for more than 8 people which is a dumb side but we made the most of it.
