“First time visiting. We visit a lot of Mexican restaurants in and around the North Shore, and have our favorites. This is for sure a new favorite for us. The customer service at the location in Malden was excellent, our waitress was so polite, personable, and the right amount of attentive. The restaurant was spotless, I mean, SPOTLESS, including the restroom. The rest of the staff checked in, and the food was excellent.“

“Did not order food- been a while since I went here. The place seemed to have a old and new crowd to it. Bartender was new (used to a female bartender there) was not thrilled with my drink but the dude was nice. Had to move around but an ok visit“

“First, I'd like to say I tried contacting Charlie's before I went this route. I didn't get a response. I've been to Charlie's with a group of 8 for lunch. It was very good. We got what we ordered and everything was delivered together. On Friday, 4 of us went there for food and drinks before the Folk Festival. Okay, Corona, I asked for lime. Didn’t get it. No biggie. Two of us ordered hamburgers, one ordered a tuna sandwich, the 4th haddock. Nope, no haddock. Okay, sirloin tips. Nope. Country chicken. Nope and don't know what it is. Okay....I'll have a hamburger. 15 minutes after (mind you 25 minutes have already passed), sorry. no buns. How about white bread! 40 minutes after initial order, hamburger on white bread and something resembling a tuna sandwich (?) arrives. We felt sorry for the waitress. But definitely poor service. I'm sorry I have to post this, I like helping local businesses, but lack of listed items was horrible.“

“There was no wait so we got seated pretty fast. Our server was Rebecca and we loved her attitude! It’s great seeing people enjoy their job/actually wanting to serve their customers not just with good food but good service. We will be coming again.“

“Didn’t go for the buffet, went for dinner with a party of 5 (Can’t wait to hit that buffet). Excellent service, compliments the chef. I had a lot of questions as Indian food is new to me. My waiter was happy to explain everything to me. Go for the goat.“

“I don't really know how the food is as I went there for a fundraiser for a friend while the kitchen was closed. But I am giving 5 star as I don't want to hurt the business without actually trying their food. Apart from that, I really liked how they opened their door and welcomed a fundraiser event for someone who REALLY needed it. I liked the setup, atmosphere and overall experience being there. Will visit again in regular business hours.“
