“this is one of the Dunkin’ locations that I highly recommend to visit some customers may not have the same mutual respect I receive when I associate with Dunkin’ management or the employees I have the highest respect and I am greeted welcome Lee when I walk into the store mainly because they know I do reviews but they also get customer respect from me when I walk it my reason of my review today is a little late I was going to do this review sooner but I have been very busy helping others and doing reviews at a different location this review is to give a shout out to two hard individual employees at work here at Dunkins and they always show me the highest respect they ever receive from this location. I am greeted when I walk in. I also make sure that my server has my respect as well. this a shout out goes to charlotte very polite greets me every time I come into the store when I ask her for my order it’s made perfect and when she makes my sandwich it’s like steaming hot when it comes out which is awesome the best way to put it that way to see her smile early in the morning or on the time I come in it’s good to see employees at a location being happy to be at work it brings good vibes to the location overall a hard worker and very dedicated to where she is working at the time. Hope to see her for a long term I hope. Dunkin’ District Manager sees this review also want to give out a shout out to Owen eight another hard dedicated worker very polite, and has never messed up with any of my orders. Don’t see him as much because of the time that I enter in the time he goes home. Occasionally I do see him every single time I do see him greets me. He’s a good morning, and looks very happy to be there which gives good vibes and good energy to others as well as when I go and get my order I feel comfortable going in and feel comfortable leaving and glad to see two workers that I recommend to stay the other employees. I’m starting to get a vibe about them trying to feel them out review will be still ongoing as a start to understand the energy and work effort given by the other employees at this location till then review will be continued..

Parking: you can park up by the gas station and directly by the store. There is an additional parking lot down the stairs by the air pump, machine and closest to the store. There’s a stairwell that goes down to another parking lot further down if you do not find a parking lot space by the gas pumps or the Dunkin’ location on the right side of the gas station, but there are plenty of parking down below

Kid-friendliness: any kid are all welcome great location to visit very polite employees at both locations the gas station and Dunkins

Wheelchair accessibility: wheelchair accessible. There’s two ways for customers in wheelchairs to enter the store. wi-Fi booster should be stretched out a little further from the store.“

“My go-to matcha spot! I order an iced matcha latte with oat milk. This place is a great local business with great service and welcoming atmosphere. Plenty of parking, different seating options and plenty of delicious items on the menu. Never disappoints.“

“Stopped in on a whim after driving by. Small but cute inside with the nicest staff! There were tables to sit at if you wanted to it in. They have many bagel choices and cream cheese flavors. I went with a jalapeño cheddar bagel with jalapeño cream cheese. The bagel was fluffy and soft, easy to bite into or tear apart. The flavor was perfect - the cheddar wasn’t overpowering and the jalapeño was just the right amount. The cream cheese packed a punch, but that was exactly what I was looking for! Every bite was delicious! This place is the real deal. Stop getting your bagels from the big name places and visit this cute local bagel shop. I’ll be sure to stop in again!“

“1 star for my significant other for getting me hooked on aroma joes, 5 stars for this aroma joes. The drinks are always made how we like them and the few times we get food in the morning it’s always been hot and good! I specifically want to give a shout out to your barista Grace on Saturday morning this past weekend. It was 6:30 ish in the morning on a day that we both knew was going to be taxing and awful, filled with sadness still bleeding over from the week before, but when we got our drinks and food we opened up our bag to something completely unexpected. Such a warm heartfelt note that over the next 500 miles we drove on Saturday, we couldn’t stop talking about it. It now lives in my car right next to the picture of my partner and our pup cup obsessed pooch. Grace, thank you for the kind words, you had no idea what you single handedly did to help lift our spirits even just a little!“

“I'm in town visiting from Philadelphia. In Philly all we have is cheesesteaks and the occasional riot after winning a sports championship. So I wanted to try something different and a little less felonious and while my host was out at work, I walked over to Kinsley House of Pizza. I went to order a tuna sub but they were out of tuna. No big deal, that's not unheard of in the restaurant industry, and I get it. But I also don't eat meat or poultry, and I didn't want to order an entire pizza to myself, so what to do? This is where the gentleman waiting on me went into what I like to call "helpful salesperson mode". And I know what you're thinking--am I buying a car or just trying to order food? No, I'm definitely not buying a car. I want to be clear on that. No cars were harmed during the writing of this post. Not even if it was a car made out of pizza and breadsticks, though that is a pretty cool idea and I think it needs to happen. So anyway, wasn't purchasing a car, and back to the "helpful salesperson" comment--the gentleman behind the counter mentioned that they had "fake chicken" and I could get a fake chicken sub if I wanted. Well I never had a chicken sub let alone one made from fake chicken, so I decided to try that. That was not a good idea, that was a GREAT idea! Absolute banger of a sub, and I can't wait until I'm back in town so I can try the pizza next. ...but a car made out of pizza is also not off the table. Because life is short, and it's important to have goals, especially if they involve pizza.“

“I've been to almost all of the DD's locations in the Merrimack/Nashua area. This location is by far the best managed and the most cleanest location around. The employees there know how to do their job. They talk less and work more which means everyone gets their order quickly and correct. Literally act like they are on a mission to serve your order. I didn't realize how good this location is till i visited other locations. Far more enjoyable experience!“

“I ordered a large number of donuts from here for my wedding dessert. I walked in one day to order and the counter staff was so nice, and I thought that would be it. Then, the owner exceeded my expectations by calling me to talk through the order and made sure it was exactly what I wanted. He even discussed ways he could modify some of the donuts to make sure I got my money worth in ingredients while allowing them to be hung on a donut peg board. Pick up was seamless and the owner even texted me after the wedding to see how the donuts were. Besides the customer service, people LOVED the donuts and they couldn’t have been more of a hit. “We discovered this amazing coffee on a trip to New England earlier this year and it’s become our absolute favorite. We have tried dozens of flavors now and each one is smooth and uniquely flavorful. Our favorites so far are maple bacon, Jamaican me crazy, egg nog, hot toddy, silver & gold, and peppermint stick, although I’m sure we’ll find many more favorites the more we try! “Wow! What a find inside this amazing old time novelty store masquerading as a gas station convenience store! Worth the trip! Prices are a little high and there’s no bathroom that I saw ( maybe have to go outside after asking for a key, I don’t know) but what fun we had! All kinds of old games, candy… give yourself some time to explore. Train going around the ceiling.“

“Inside Market Basket grocery store is a nice cafe with an open 50 chair seating area (high & low chairs) with 2 TVs and restrooms. You can hear the registers and customers chatting. Not a typical cafe atmosphere.the selection of tea and specialty coffee drinks is nice. They also have Market Basket bakery and fresh popcorn.The staff are very friendly and helpful.The prices are low and the WIFI is very good.overall a great place to stop off while shopping.“

“Better tasting coffee than D&D. I also like the fact that they stir your beverage if you get anything other than black. It makes a difference, and I don't know why it's not common practice àt all coffee shops. Great customer service, you can tell by their attitude that they appreciate you as a customer and your patronage. They also do a lot with a little. For such a small shop, they offer many choices and are very efficient at keeping the wait time minimal.

“The early morning weekday duo of Karen and Bev is nothing short of a very well-ouled (and plesant!) machine! They work steadily and quietly until a customer arrives and on a or both of them greets them often by name (and knowing their order!) Simultaneously, on line orders are being sent non-stop and they're filling those too! Steadily, orderly calmly. At about 7:00, Taylor and Justin arrive, take their places in the "dance" and things continue in the same steady, orderly and very pleasant manner. They make their Dunkins a very nice place to start my morning and I'm most grateful, for their early morning hours, their hard work and for simply being pleasant and kind. There's nothing more important than that! Thank you!“

“I have been served by Curti and his wife, Kelly, for years now at both their Tyngsboro location and former location in Lowell. I can’t say enough great things about the level of service and the food at this establishment. I was missing it so much when they were closed for renovations and I am thrilled to see them open again. Curti has always been so kind to me and has gone above and beyond with his generosity. I will never forget the time, many years ago, I showed up to Honey Dew with a terrible cold and he sent me home with a chamomile tea, on the house, because he told me it would restore me. He was right and I will always support a business that cares about their customers as human beings. If I can recommend anything, the egg and cheese croissant is my favorite breakfast sandwich in the area. In my opinion, it’s better than that of any restaurant or diner.
