“this is one of the Dunkin’ locations that I highly recommend to visit some customers may not have the same mutual respect I receive when I associate with Dunkin’ management or the employees I have the highest respect and I am greeted welcome Lee when I walk into the store mainly because they know I do reviews but they also get customer respect from me when I walk it my reason of my review today is a little late I was going to do this review sooner but I have been very busy helping others and doing reviews at a different location this review is to give a shout out to two hard individual employees at work here at Dunkins and they always show me the highest respect they ever receive from this location. I am greeted when I walk in. I also make sure that my server has my respect as well. this a shout out goes to charlotte very polite greets me every time I come into the store when I ask her for my order it’s made perfect and when she makes my sandwich it’s like steaming hot when it comes out which is awesome the best way to put it that way to see her smile early in the morning or on the time I come in it’s good to see employees at a location being happy to be at work it brings good vibes to the location overall a hard worker and very dedicated to where she is working at the time. Hope to see her for a long term I hope. Dunkin’ District Manager sees this review also want to give out a shout out to Owen eight another hard dedicated worker very polite, and has never messed up with any of my orders. Don’t see him as much because of the time that I enter in the time he goes home. Occasionally I do see him every single time I do see him greets me. He’s a good morning, and looks very happy to be there which gives good vibes and good energy to others as well as when I go and get my order I feel comfortable going in and feel comfortable leaving and glad to see two workers that I recommend to stay the other employees. I’m starting to get a vibe about them trying to feel them out review will be still ongoing as a start to understand the energy and work effort given by the other employees at this location till then review will be continued..

Parking: you can park up by the gas station and directly by the store. There is an additional parking lot down the stairs by the air pump, machine and closest to the store. There’s a stairwell that goes down to another parking lot further down if you do not find a parking lot space by the gas pumps or the Dunkin’ location on the right side of the gas station, but there are plenty of parking down below

Kid-friendliness: any kid are all welcome great location to visit very polite employees at both locations the gas station and Dunkins

Wheelchair accessibility: wheelchair accessible. There’s two ways for customers in wheelchairs to enter the store. wi-Fi booster should be stretched out a little further from the store.“

“My go-to matcha spot! I order an iced matcha latte with oat milk. This place is a great local business with great service and welcoming atmosphere. Plenty of parking, different seating options and plenty of delicious items on the menu. Never disappoints.“

“I ordered a large number of donuts from here for my wedding dessert. I walked in one day to order and the counter staff was so nice, and I thought that would be it. Then, the owner exceeded my expectations by calling me to talk through the order and made sure it was exactly what I wanted. He even discussed ways he could modify some of the donuts to make sure I got my money worth in ingredients while allowing them to be hung on a donut peg board. Pick up was seamless and the owner even texted me after the wedding to see how the donuts were. Besides the customer service, people LOVED the donuts and they couldn’t have been more of a hit. “I've been to almost all of the DD's locations in the Merrimack/Nashua area. This location is by far the best managed and the most cleanest location around. The employees there know how to do their job. They talk less and work more which means everyone gets their order quickly and correct. Literally act like they are on a mission to serve your order. “I'm in town visiting from Philadelphia. In Philly all we have is cheesesteaks and the occasional riot after winning a sports championship. So I wanted to try something different and a little less felonious and while my host was out at work, I walked over to Kinsley House of Pizza. I went to order a tuna sub but they were out of tuna. No big deal, that's not unheard of in the restaurant industry, and I get it. But I also don't eat meat or poultry, and I didn't want to order an entire pizza to myself, so what to do? This is where the gentleman waiting on me went into what I like to call "helpful salesperson mode". And I know what you're thinking--am I buying a car or just trying to order food? No, I'm definitely not buying a car. I want to be clear on that. No cars were harmed during the writing of this post. Not even if it was a car made out of pizza and breadsticks, though that is a pretty cool idea and I think it needs to happen. So anyway, wasn't purchasing a car, and back to the "helpful salesperson" comment--the gentleman behind the counter mentioned that they had "fake chicken" and I could get a fake chicken sub if I wanted. Well I never had a chicken sub let alone one made from fake chicken, so I decided to try that. That was not a good idea, that was a GREAT idea! Absolute banger of a sub, and I can't wait until I'm back in town so I can try the pizza next. ...but a car made out of pizza is also not off the table. Because life is short, and it's important to have goals, especially if they involve pizza.“

“coming to this location is always good. They have a hard worker named Pablo. That is extremely funny if you get to know him and make your drink very good if you feel like there’s something slightly off with your order let him know and he is more than polite to help you out, after receive my drink, needed a little bit more caramel and coconut. He had no problem just add a little bit more. the atmosphere is good could use a little bit more stand room for the space. Other than that very good location I mention Pablo only because of his actual work effort I watch him make people orders for others and the way he treats the customers like he cares. i’ve asked him do you like coming to work he says he’s loves it. He loves coming to this Duncan to work. that is what you call. Dedication to work for the company of Dunkin. the other employees that work here they just do their job but don’t seem to really care how their customers drinks are made they just make it and then send you on your way so by time you leave if you are in a rush, you won’t know what your drink taste like till you take your first sip when I go to Dunkins I can’t be choosy who makes my drink, but I prefer to go when Pablo is working.

Parking: parking lot is hard to find a space to park all the time because this location is a gas station as well so people come here to buy stuff in the store as well as put gas in their vehicles and the customers that go to Dunkins it may be a little somewhat difficult to find a parking space if it’s heavily active in the store between certain times of the day, there are more customers

Kid-friendliness: I see kids here all the time I don’t know when location of Dunkin that wasn’t kid friendly I think this is a great location like any other Dunkin one thing that your kid may enjoy here is the donuts there always fresh at least when I go and get them

Wheelchair accessibility: wheelchair accessibility is good. The space for vehicles for parking will very dependent on the sides of vehicle. You are traveling in if you are using a wheelchair accessibility van, then it may be hard for you to use the ramp of the van due to space in the parking lot, but if you are able to get out your vehicle and get yourself into your wheelchair, then it would be a good place for you“

“Inside Market Basket grocery store is a nice cafe with an open 50 chair seating area (high & low chairs) with 2 TVs and restrooms. You can hear the registers and customers chatting. Not a typical cafe atmosphere.the selection of tea and specialty coffee drinks is nice. They also have Market Basket bakery and fresh popcorn.The staff are very friendly and helpful.The prices are low and the WIFI is very good.overall a great place to stop off while shopping.“

“Better tasting coffee than D&D. I also like the fact that they stir your beverage if you get anything other than black. It makes a difference, and I don't know why it's not common practice àt all coffee shops. Great customer service, you can tell by their attitude that they appreciate you as a customer and your patronage. They also do a lot with a little. For such a small shop, they offer many choices and are very efficient at keeping the wait time minimal.

Parking: Locations are drive-thru only, some locations have areas that you can pull over to get things in order before you set off driving.

“The early morning weekday duo of Karen and Bev is nothing short of a very well-ouled (and plesant!) machine! They work steadily and quietly until a customer arrives and on a or both of them greets them often by name (and knowing their order!) Simultaneously, on line orders are being sent non-stop and they're filling those too! Steadily, orderly calmly. At about 7:00, Taylor and Justin arrive, take their places in the "dance" and things continue in the same steady, orderly and very pleasant manner. They make their Dunkins a very nice place to start my morning and I'm most grateful, for their early morning hours, their hard work and for simply being pleasant and kind.
