“Best muffins I have ever had. Seriously, all the flavors are top tier - But the blueberry has a special place in my heart. Next, I'm a decaf drinker due to health reasons.. I find that oftentimes, decaf coffee can kind of be an afterthought at some coffee shops. I really appreciate the excellent quality of the fresh decaf grounds here. The very rustic, grandma's home kitchen feel is also part of the old school charm. This place deserves all your business.“

Nicole is a very hard worker, and I have seen this very consistently from her the few times I have been in. She often works by herself and does an amazing job managing it all. She is patient and kind, given customers can be the opposite. She also enforces the Target policy of not being able to take tips, which I think should definitely be changed!!!!! I would like to share an incident I witnessed during a recent visit to this Dunkin' Donuts location with my daughter. A customer became involved in a dispute with the staff due to an extended wait time. The customer proceeded to use derogatory language towards the staff, prompting the manager to intervene. The manager explained that the location was short-staffed due to three employees being in training and that the customer was the only individual complaining. The manager then politely asked the customer to leave and not return, citing the availability of other Dunkin' Donuts locations in the area. The customer's behavior escalated further, and she became irate upon being asked to leave. The customer's use of profanity in front of her child was particularly disturbing. As a regular customer at this location, I have never experienced any issues or witnessed such behavior. However, the manager handled the situation professionally and was left with no choice but to refund the customer's order and ask her not to return. The manager also made it clear that any future incidents would result in law enforcement involvement. As a gesture of goodwill, the manager provided me with a complimentary order of 25 Munchkins, which I had purchased while waiting for the situation to resolve. I appreciate the manager's commitment to supporting her staff and maintaining a positive environment. The manager's actions were entirely justified, and I commend her for her professionalism. This Dunkin' Donuts location will continue to be my preferred establishment, and I appreciate the excellent service provided by the entire staff. Their dedication to maintaining a positive atmosphere is truly commendable.“
