“I went in for the first time today after hearing great things and boy, I wasn’t disappointed! I had a breakfast sandwich on a croissant and as I was eating it I kept thinking, “this is the best breakfast sandwich I’ve ever had”. Then I tried the orange cranberry white chocolate scone and realized I’d found the best scone ever! The cranberries burst in your mouth and the dough wasn’t dry like many scones. This place is dangerously good.“

“I was staying at the hotel across the street woke up early and needeycoffe. Hotel did not have any until 7 am. Walked over, forgot my wallet and Destiny who was working the counter provided me with a cup of great coffee on the house as they only take cash. That is service! I'll be walking back over shortly to take care of my bill and then some! Thank you Destiny!!“

“I was in the area for work & stopped in not once but twice! Both times stopping in I decided to try something new. The coffee was great. The second time they were roasting the beans on site. Staff is friendly, moose pie, americano, and white mocha is great.“

“Stop 3 on our State Rd morning bakery tour! When I say fresh baked goods, I mean warm right out of the oven scones. Great service from who I would assume are the Pie Chicks. Good patio seating area to enjoy their wares. Only complaint was that there wasn’t more to try - was really counting on this place to have an abundance of baked fruit desserts, like small tarts, jam cookies, mini pies for a single serving - the large pies looked excellent but were more than a baked good tourist could manage at this stage in the game.“
“Lovely waiter and a chef who cares. The dishes seemed inspired on paper and although good on the pallet, would have benefited from a bit of intensity on the flavor profile. I could barely taste the pistachio on our chicken and the citrus flavor was mild. The striped bass was likewise mild in flavor with no detectable herbal notes...the accompanying gnocchi was on the dry side. The Sicilian cherry tart was wonderfully flavorful.....personally would love a little more than a curl of chocolate on the top. Bread, salad, ambience and Susan! all contributed to a welcome evening out. Looking forward to seeing what else the kitchen has up its sleeve in the future.“

“By far the best desserts on Martha's Vineyard! My family and I have been on Martha's Vineyard for a week now and I have gone to Sweet Bites every day lol Amazing coffee, great dessert treats and the cheese bread!!! don't get me started. YUM!! You have to try the Cheese Cake. It is by far the best I have ever had! I will be taking some back with me on the ferry!“

“My favorite spot for sandwiches and pastries on the island! I’ve been coming here for years, and both the service and food have been consistently excellent. The portions are generous, so I usually have leftovers for a second meal. The last thing I had was a linguiça sandwich with plantains — it was so good that I finally went out of my way to write a review :) They’re also very accommodating toward gluten sensitivity.“

“We are from NY/NJ so this review is probably the most accurate and informative review you can receive due to our expertise in the realm of bread & bagels lol!
We thoroughly enjoyed this place & it felt like home away from home. The bagel had a nice crunchy exterior and soft interior. My everything bagel had a decent taste. I got an egg and cheese with some veggie cream cheese smothered on the bagel and it was pretty good. I would say better than some places in Jersey. The cream cheese had lots of flavor. My husband got a bacon scallion cream cheese bagel in sesame bagel and said the cream cheese had lots of flavor he could taste.
The only thing we have noticed while spending our time in Cape Cod is that the coffee is watered down tasting and does not pack a punch that we are used to. We appreciated the various flavors here and there is a lot of options when it comes to coffee/bagel/cream cheese selections. The coffee is okay I mixed the cinnamon bun and French vanilla and it was decent just watery tasting. Overall, very good place & would definitely recommend coming back with friends and family when we plan to visit again:)“

“We took a spontaneous day trip from Boston to Falmouth in mid-May. When deciding where to go for a post-run meal, we were inspired to check out The Black Dog Heights Cafe and boy are we glad we did. The service, the food, and the ambiance was outstanding. It will be our go to place whenever we are in Falmouth.“
