“This restaurant has been a go to for me and my family going to back to the 80’s. Consistently good food, some dishes being great!! They did close recently to renovate & our 1st meal there after the renovation was not as delicious as before the new interior makeover.“

“We went to No Comply for a father’s day brunch. The place was packed and the weather was nice, so we sat outside. We ordered almost every item on the menu. We were planning on sharing plates, but still choosing what to get is hard since it’s all so fricken good. As busy as it was, our food started to arrive at our table within minutes of ordering. Every few minutes a different plate would arrive at the table. All the plates were tasty as always, and normally there is not a crumb left. This was our first time leaving with a togo box since we did order a lot of food. Great job to everyone on team No Comply.“

“This place was amazing!! It was "date night". We were both very satisfied with the place, our food and our interactions with employees. We started with the fried potato pancakes, Delicious!! He had the chicken and waffles and I had the Cali BLT w/ onion rings. The portions are great and the prices are right!! I definitely recommend checking them out.“

“On our way home from drone daughter off at camp we stopped in. I got the brisket and rib combo. My wife got the burger. We got a pretzel and Mediterranean snack. It was all delicious. Friendly staff and nice atmosphere. I will go again.“

“We had a delicious lunch at Sweet Pea's Diner today. Great portion sizes! We enjoyed the grilled chicken Caesar wrap and a corned beef reuben panini. Both came with tasty fries. We topped our meal off with large portions of blueberry pie and cherry pie. It's well worth the trip and we'll be back the next time we're in the area.“

“Passed through for an event in Lakeville, CT. There are very few restaurants worth mentioning in the Berkshires, but Prairie Whale is easily one of the best. Will definitely not compete with what's available in NYC or Boston, but Prairie Whale still proudly serves as a beacon, reminding this quiet community that somewhere out there somebody still believes you deserve to experience flavor. Their cornbread is genuinely stellar though. Whatever you do, get an order of that for the table first.“

“Stopped in recently and was seriously impressed. The hamburgers were absolutely top-notch!

What really made the experience stand out, though, was the service. Linda was fantastic—friendly, attentive, and genuinely welcoming without being overbearing. She made sure everything was perfect and added a personal touch that you don’t always find these days.

“Great accommodations, comfortable and well located in the hamlet of Hillsdale. I would definitely stay there again. There were some stairs to our rooms though, so that might be a little tough if you have mobility problems, though they also seemed to have nice ground level cabins.“

“Amazon place! I went to the bar and Mae and Mizzy were great! Ten out of ten! Big beer guarded and great beer and food. The Steak Frites were cooked perfectly. The Kolach was bright and citrus. Great place for a game or dinner. Will be return for the food and beer and the staff.“

“They somehow managed to combine the friendliness of a local pub with the food of a fine restaurant. Highly recommend this gem. Havent tried the pizza place nectdoor but the wood fired oven makes pizza that looks delicious. I am a beer drinker but the cocktails look great! No, its not cheap but qhat is these days?“

“First time guest. Had the most charming stay at Race Brook Lodge. I arrived in the evening and followed a path down to where I was staying: a sweet, charming, rustic cottage room. The bed was enormous and inviting, there was a nook off of the room with an additional sleeper. No tv, just the sounds of the evening outside. It was a little chilly and they had heaters ready for use. The bed was very comfortable and I had a great sleep.

In the morning, I followed another path to the dining area where I was greeted by the staff, who were super-friendly and warm. Overnight guests were greeted by the staff like they were family (they seemed to be regular guests) and the breakfast was delicious. I took a quick dip in the pool and used the sauna, then went for a hike. It was the perfect getaway from my stress. Would come back here again 100%.“

“We held our reunion there yesterday for the Roe Jan class of 1968. The Clock Tower is an excellent place for a reunion; we started out in the (spacious) bar section, then moved to their dining room, which we had reserved in advance for just us. The staff could not have been more accommodating and friendly, the waitress was wonderful, and the food was delicious. Thank you for a great experience!“
