“Compared to other Subways that I have been to in New England- this was very nice and super clean. I dashed in while waiting for my eyelash appointment to grab lunch. I was surprised by the excellent service! I ordered a Philly steak but I did not want the bread so they made an excellent salad for me! “Went today and had a great experience with Jack, who says he’s been working for Subway for 10 years. I believe it! He is a sandwich master, and very kind to our preschooler who had never been to a Subway before. Jack knew immediately what sandwich I was talking about when I said that there was one with turkey, ham, and bacon, and the name had changed. Turns out it was called a Subway Melt and is now an All-American Club. Thanks for a delicious meal!“

I called Leominster Jersey Mikes at 8:47 thinking they probably wouldn’t take my order, but they did with a wonderful friendly attitude. “Got the boss on, it is a bit pricey but that is the corporate office that sets the prices, John Oliver did a whole segment on subway so don’t blame the franchise owners for the prices. The only complaint is sometimes they don’t make enough of the bread I like and sell out of it.“

“I came in to try the Footlong Cookie and asked if I could bring it home to bake myself; in other words to receive the product unbaked in store, as it is, when sent to my local Subway. The very kind employee serving me immediately obliged and sold me the Footlong Cookie that hadn’t been baked in store yet, so that I could go home and bake it myself. This was a great customer experience and I deeply appreciated the employee’s willingness to sell me the product before being baked in store. I have been living in Leominster since October last year so not that long but I swear by this Subway! They are attentive to customer requests and did a great job for me this afternoon in providing me excellent customer service and delivered the exact product I asked for.
