“This is truly the best fast food restaurant I’ve been to. It’s always sparkling clean, everything is organized and best of all is the actual service. The owner is so personable, knows our order and always takes the time to have a conversation with us. My son is very picky and raves about his meal every time. I was walking out with another customer a few weeks ago and she said, wow, I’ve never been to a restaurant where they were in such a great mood and so nice. It’s refreshing.“

“I don’t usually ever go to dangelos in person usually my mom goes with her friend every Wednesday night and brings me home a sandwich . Lately she has been telling me about a nice lady who works at night . How kind she was and how my mom left her cane inside and she chased after them . How they washed the floor one night and she personally walked her to the table and their food . I went in and asked her name . She said her name is Alyssa and a recently new manager !! I own a construction concrete company and often eat out so I’ve seen very poor customer service .She greeted me with a smile and was pleasant from walking in to leaving . “Wesley & crew in Plainville are amazing! I work in Mansfield and called the local JM to see if they could work with my corporate budget for an event I needed catered. The manager of the JM near me said no. I even told her Id call somewhere else, she said "OK" with such attitude. So, I called Plainville Jersey Mike's as Ive ordered here personally and am never disappointed. Well, once again, no disappointment from Plainville Jersey Mikes!! I told them what I needed and they were more than happy to help! The team is always friendly, the restaurant is clean and organized and the food is fresh!! I spoke with Wesley after my event and he made sure everything went well and all my clients employees enjoyed the food! (They did!) “i never leave reviews but after today I felt so obligated. I was having a ROUGH day up until picking up my Subway order. My mom placed it online and I picked it up for us to have together on our lunch breaks. We got 2 sandos, 2 drinks, and 2 chips. Well I’m an idiot and I put my phone and wallet in the brown paper bag holding the sandos and chips. And right as I was walking out to my car, bam the paper bag broke and chain reaction I watch one of our drinks spill all over the sidewalk. Next thing I know, the subway employee who gave me my order was knocking on the window, telling me to come back in.
