It was closer to when they close but our server, Amelia made sure that our dining experience was memorable. From the moment we were seated she was attentive, and friendly. Our drinks were refilled promptly and the food came out fast. Overall she made our meal truly enjoyable, and I highly recommend requesting her if you visit.“

The Culinary Arts Department at the Smith Vocational and Agricultural High School operates a student-run restaurant three days a week, Wednesday through Friday of most weeks, from 10:45 AM to 12:30 PM. The students, under the supervision of three chef instructors, learn every aspect of food preparation and service. There is menu service on Wednesdays and Thursdays and an all you can eat buffet on most Fridays, which is currently priced at only $15.00. The menu changes weekly and is posted online. “In spite of limited hours and menu it is still a great place to go. The salmon cakes were exceptional and actually glutenfree ( no breading) and served with fresh asparagus. The drinks are delicious and strong. The lakeview- exquisite on the deck. Doublecheck hours as it has only been open F, S and S.“
