“This is one of the best spots in NorthHampton, Massachusetts, definitely has the freshest ingredients and I’ve been all over Northampton restaurants. Mediterranean salad is worth every penny they put a lot of ingredients in it. Everything is fresh and crisp and it’s actually very big salad. “My husband and I were on interstate 91 and we needed an EV charger. Found marcotte ford. We were there at 11:15 for lunch. My wife ordered a classic cheeseburger and I ordered a tuna melt. Both were amazing. We did go in with low expectations, thinking it was a cafe Inside a ford dealership, it couldn't be that good, boy were we wrong. Chef Tim and chaye take their jobs seriously and it shows. I would highly recommend whether you live in the area and are looking for a great lunch stop or, like us you're traveling looking for an EV charger, this is now our new stop in western massachusetts. “The GF waffles were out of this world... soft and fluffy. I'm very sensitive to gluten cross- contamination, and it was reassuring to me that the staff person was knowledgeable and asked me if I had a gluten allergy and needed separate preparation for my order. They also are taking COVID precautions seriously. They are requiring proof of vaccination in order to dine in (this is clearly posted inside and outside of restaurant), and while at my table I overheard a staff person asking an unmasked person to put on a mask. Could not have had a more enjoyable experience... sad I don't live in the area!“

“Great relaxing cafe that you order at the front counter. Parking in back and was free spots available on the street. Lots of tables with old photo’s of Holyoke on the walls. I ordered the veggie omelette with a choice of cheeses. Was large and filled with onions, mushrooms, peppers, and lots of spinach. Came wirh potatoes and toast. Coffee served in a styrofoam cup which I wish they had mugs. I saw a few high chairs for kids. Easy relaxing cafe to hang out. They make their own cupcakes which looked great and had different flavors. Other bakery items as well.“
