“We went for breakfast, the two women up front were so sweet. The lady turned on the witch for my baby to see, and even came out in the pouring rain to give her candy on our way out. They were closing early, but they were amazing to us even 30 minutes to closing when we came in. ( I didn’t realize they were closing early for the holiday.) The price and the service is far beyond 5 stars! Highly recommended stopping for a bite to eat. The food was just as amazing as the people working!“

“First time here and we were blown away with how pleasant the owner and staff was! The owner is truly a jewel and cares about this cafe. Food was very delicious (got the blt sandwich and home fries) , kiddos had regular fries but they weren’t dry or oily but perfectly crispy. Wonderful establishment! Truly a great experience and would recommend! Also VERY reasonably priced especially being so good!“

“This is about this particular Starbucks coming to the rescue for my doggy Monty who LOVES his visits to SB! Read on! ********* DD vs SB WARS!!! OK Dunkin' Donuts people, give me what you got! I pull into DD in Utica and get DENIED for a "whip" for Monty (Puppuccino). I offer to pay for it. NOPE. I offer to PAY full price for a cappuccino, just give me some whip. NOPE. I get this answer, "we don't do that here!!" I asked if they have whipped cream. Yes. Then let me BUY some! NOPE!! You mean, I can't PAY you $4 for some whipped cream....that you just told me you have??? You made (my dog) Monty SAD!!!!! So ..THIS nice couple you can't see in the video told me a similar #DD story. They wouldn't sell him an iced coffee...so he had to ask for a cup of ice and regular coffee.🤨 #dunkindonuts #utica....lesson#1: it's about the CUSTOMER! ALWAYS!! #DDUtica FAIL!!!!!
