“My nonprofit group enjoyed a private party at Tokenfire. The hot appetizers were a great start to the party, with meatballs, pork dumplings, the best brussel sprouts and savory flatbreads. We enjoyed the authentic Shepherds Pie, perfectly grilled salmon, and a vegetarian pasta dish. Dessert, including a fig bread pudding with salted caramel gelato and tiramisu was fabulous. The service was excellent and the ambiance was delightful. I hope to return when they have live music.“

“Just had dinner with my friend Christine at the Mooring. Her Steak Tips and the entire meal was perfect and so was my Turkey Tip dinner. The server was very cheerful, friendly and took care of the entire bar, Drinks, Food, Keno everything! Absolutley awesome job. Compliments to the Chef, he apologized because it took a bit long but there was no need, It was delicious.“

“We enjoyed our meal and the service was wonderful. We shared the whipped feta dip as a start. It was creamy, not too salty with a wonderful spicy fig jam in the middle and warm crispy bread. I ordered the Chicken and Burrata sandwich with a side Caesar salad. Both were delicious. My guest had a huge burger with sweet potato fries. We were very pleased.“

“A good restaurant for sushi. The service was friendly and the menu has many options with plenty of pictures to make it easy to select what you want. Most of the appetizers and sushi we ordered were good, the only exception was the seaweed salad which wasn’t as tasty as the other plates. The green tea mochi was okay.“

“Another fabulous slice of heaven. Around for a limited time. Supposed to close next year so get here while you can. Known as the best dive bar in Hull and the only one below sea level. I was promised to be amazed and this place did not disappoint! As my reviews may suggest, I love me a dive bar and this one is a classic. Wish it was here forever but plan on coming back as much as I can until it's gone.

“Love this place, food is superb. I've been making my way through the menu, and I've yet to find anything that hasn't been terrific. Highly recommend the Hot Chicken Sandwich, all the eggrolls, and the HUGE salads.
Bartender is always great, courteous, and makes a great cocktails.
Would go out of my way to stop in here, if it wasn't already a new regular spot for me.“

“My first ALS symptom occurred in 2016, but was diagnosed in 2018. I had severe symptoms ranging from shortness of breath, balance problems, couldn't walk without a walker or a power chair, i had difficulty swallowing and fatigue. “When I went there, it was my 2nd day in the US ever. This place did not disappoint. Very authentic, very American, I loved it. All the screens showing different sports, the pale ale beer is extremely tasty, and the food was also very good.The staff was also friendly and attentive.“

“We recently hosted an event at their function hall, and it was absolutely perfect! From start to finish, the staff went above and beyond to make sure everything ran smoothly. The service was outstanding—attentive, professional, and so friendly. Our bar tender was amazing, and she was so kind! The food was delicious, beautifully presented, and our guests are still talking about it. The space itself was clean, welcoming, and set up exactly how we envisioned. Planning an event can be stressful, but the team here made it effortless. Highly recommend this venue for any celebration—you won’t be disappointed!“

“Fairly good for an airport hotel restaurant.
Pros: The service was friendly and attentive. The onion rings were nice and crispy. The cook on our burgers was a perfect medium.
The cons: A little too much grease on the buns. The kitchen missed small things, for example, we had to ask twice for condiments.“

“It was my Birthday dinner 🍽️ and I truly enjoyed the food, atmosphere and the fact that it wasn't busy when we showed up. The Servers were attentive and thoughtful singing happy birthday and giving me a slice of cake that was scrumptious. The reason three stars was not the people but that they seem understaffed and other tables were messy, though that was NOT our experience. Great value and food that's affordable.“
