There are not enough words to express how lovely the woman at the counter and her husband are! They are so accommodating, and sweet. We order pizza in larger quantities at a time for our shop. and they always have it ready right on time!. They take the best care of us and their food is fresh and good quality!!! They go out of their way to ensure everything you ask them for is there in the order. Extra sauces, napkins, drinks It is always spot on! They never disappoint. The pizza, pasta, subs are delicious! We, the Sullivan Tire crew, love Medway Famous and are so grateful they're practically our neighbor so we can enjoy the food often. “Yesterday, my wife’s friend ordered multiple pizzas. I was asked to pick it up was not told which friend ordered it or who’s number it was under. I believe the wonderful ladies name was Maria who offered to drive the pizza to my house to make up for not taking a name on the order. My interaction with the staff at famous Pizza changed my day. Their grace and compassion took a frustrating situation and turned it into the biggest smile. Thank you guys for making our day great yesterday.“

“Scott gave us fantastic service! He appeared to be the only server this afternoon but you would never know it—he was so quick and attentive. He put us at a quiet table as requested, then got our order right in, refills on drinks, rolls, and then automatically got us a second pizza to take home as he said the first one didn’t come out the way he wanted it to.. we were so lucky to have him today—thank you Scott for giving us such a wonderful dining experience!!“

“On this our first visit we tried the salad with vegan ranch dressing, the french fries (yes; really vegan), the chicken cutlet hot sub, and the veggie pizza done vegan. Everything was very good and we would eat all of those items again. A special shout out about the fries, which we both thought were the best we’ve ever had. And we’ve had a lot of fries. The owner is very conscious of vegan ingredients and looks for healthier options when he can. I was complaining to my wife how far it was from our house to the Palace, about 17 miles. “I was at the Papa Gino’s in Milford tonight, and while my order did take longer than expected, the experience itself was truly positive. From the moment I arrived, I was greeted with kindness and appreciation, and the staff was continuously apologetic and communicative throughout the wait.

It was an extremely busy night—packed with DoorDash orders and customers, including some who were unfortunately very disrespectful for no reason. Despite that, the staff handled everything with professionalism, patience, and grace.

Every single person working tonight deserves recognition. They were clearly working incredibly hard under stressful conditions, and it did not go unnoticed. Huge kudos to this team!!!“

It is easy to see that the service plaza is falling apart and filthy but Papa Gino’s is always very clean and ready to help the very few people who come through that plaza. “Wheeeeere to begin! A cute little establishment in a little plaza. Upon entering the staff was extremely friendly and attentive. The menu is bright and bold so there is not trouble reading it. Came in with my husband before we got ice cream to grab some buffalo wings. Sooooooooo glad I did! Them suckers were so dang good make you wanna smack ya mama! Holy smokes, it is well worth the 40 minute round trip from Worcester to pick it up!!!! It is amazing!!!!“

“My son and I stopped here after his game. We only came chose this one, as it looked empty and tge plan was to get going as quickly as possible. Did we make the right decision. This was the beat pizza we had since moving ro MA 4 years ago. The crust was thin and crispy. The sauce was just sweet enough, and the cheese was perfect!
Our only issue, us that this is 25 mins from our house. We will now have to drive 5 towns away to get the best pizza in MA. But is it worth it? YES!!!“

“We had an issue with Grub Hub, and ended up having the restaurant cancel the order (ordered large but they only had the small dough at the time, which I didn’t think would feed the family, they were very obliging in canceling) we ordered from Papa Gino’s which was more money, and honestly not great, my son (ASD and ARFID) didn’t like it and refused to eat because it was cold. Rocco’s then delivered a large caramelized onion, and gave it to us for free (we owe you a double tip next time, my husband forgot in the confusion). My son immediately dove in eating the onions off the piece and the rest of the piece of pizza. You have made a customer out of us. Not only because of the excellent customer service but the food was very good and reasonably priced. Can’t wait to try some of the other dishes as well, due to the reviews.“

He never has change so it's either he gets no tip or gets whatever the change is from the order. Plus he refuses to deliver to the door and I have to meet him outside when I've shown him how to get into the building. The food is always good and the only negative I have is their driver.“

There’s a new snack item on the menu, a cheese pie. Literally so good, if you like ricotta I highly recommend trying it!

If you have children going to Ashland Public Schools (and beyond!), the new owner has also dedicated half of his restaurant to provide a teen space for after school and on the weekends! There’s a prohibition-style mocktail bar, a large projection screen for kids to play the Nintendo switch or watch movies, and lots and lots of games! I highly recommend making Nick’s your next family fun spot!“

It was delicious and hot and the cheese was delicious! The pizza was delicious, crust was super soft and the cheese was creamy and tasty. It was oozing and the mushrooms were well cooked. Only thing we didn’t enjoy was the tomatoes on the pizza(were too big) but other than that the pizza itself was delicious and we would love to go back again and again just to have it!
