“Tried Chick-fil-A for the first time recently. We went through the drive thru. Our order was two kid's meals (5 pc nugget) which came with your choice of side & beverage, a chicken sandwich, & 12 pc nugget meal. The food was excellent & served fresh/hot. Order was accurate. Service was friendly, but a little complicated. Rather than ordering at a speaker & pulling up to a window like most drive thru's at fast food restaurants, instead they had employees standing outside in the drive thru lane with menu's, approaching vehicles one at a time. I don't understand why they do this here? Is this just a "Chick-fil-A thing" or maybe only this particular location? I also wondered if maybe it was because of a problem with their drive thru (broken speaker?) Or a thing they do on weekends when it's really busy? The lines were long, but the wait wasn't too bad actually. Only mishap was when we pulled up to the second employee who was to give our order, he had the incorrect name. At least he checked the name first, or we would've probably ended up with "Mark's" order. Otherwise a positive experience! Loved the waffle fries & delicious honey mustard dipping sauce also. Would certainly recommend for a meal or even snack if you're in the area. Prices aren't bad either. Chicken is moist & cooked perfectly, unlike some dried out chicken you'll find at other fast food places. We'll be back! Thanks. Conveniently located too. “The original recipe chicken breast was very moist and good. I didn't care too much for the wing or the drumstick those were kind of dry. Also the popcorn chicken wasn't that tasty either so next time I will never order it. I was very dry and not that tasty in a little too salty. Even a four-star because the chicken breast was good and the staff was friendly. To enter the bathroom you must ask a employee to enter it may say vacant but the door will be locked. This is to prevent vandalism.“
“I usually avoid fast food places in general. There was a promotion going on- 2 wraps/ $5 which was a great price. The wraps themselves were good sized, tasty, hot and had the option of coming different ways. From spicy to classic. Chicken was moist and coating crispy. All staff was friendly and service was fast. Granted i am a senior and must have looked tired but instead of calling my order up, it was brought to the table where i was sitting. Exceptional service. The tables were clean. Rubbish bins empty, where you place food trays and dispose of wrapping was clean. The fountain area and where you get additional packets of sauce, napkins, well stocked. Even though it had just snowed the previous day, the floors were remarkably clean of salt/ snow debris. I didnt use the bathroom so i can’t attest to the condition but if like the public area confident in using as need be. From friendly staff, great promo pricing, tasty and enjoyable food, clean from counters to sitting area. The ambiance is fast food but i felt comfortable there. Easy access for handicapped patrons. Have gone twice and found food and cleanliness to be consistently good. “Enjoyed the remodel of the building. Chicken is good. Customer service was a little lacking last time I was there. They forgot about my order so I had to go to the counter and they were able to get my order done on the spot but generally get a good customer experience. There is a somewhat concerning area in the back that is sinking the concrete that really needs to be addressed or it could present a danger to the parking lot.“
“Service at this location is dreadful. Apparently the girl who was working the counter register was on break and She got frustrated watching me stand there as no one even bothered to speak. She cut her break short waited on me then took the remainder of her break after apologizing. The good was hot and good but the service almost always sucks.“
“Went in tonight to order the chicken with tenders meal and was informed that it was only available with the online ordering. I downloaded the app and had a question about the deal and Warde came right over to me to ask if I needed anything. I asked her about the deal and she helped my through the process. She was very attentive and told me she'd keep the online ordering system open on the screen so she could start my order right away. She has a very warm welcome and is very helpful. I found out it was her first day on the job and I had the chance to let her know she did an awesome job helping me out. I noticed a Rising Star board in the restaurant and I know it won't take her long to get it! Great job Warde!!“
“The price is fair, the waiting time is decent. The food taste pretty good. But please fix the Honey Biscuits! They are so dry and they don’t have biscuits. They offered me “Honey Butter”, which I think is misleading taking into consideration the ingredients and it was frozen solid! Honey High Syrup is more accurate.“
