Our only regret is over-ordering in that we should have split some entrees with the mega wonderful shakes. The cinnamon shake was just the best thing ever. The staff were fabulous and so patient making little tweaks to the kids’ meals. We can’t wait to go back!!“

When I got home we both opened the pack to find one of the best cards I've ever seen.... Elspeth Stormslayer boarderless showcase halo foil, in Japanese. “Came in today, Sunday 10/13, expecting a decent crowd since it’s Sunday! Walked in and it was busy but only one young girl working. Just wanted to comment on how wonderful of a job she did despite seeming overwhelmed with the large orders and being by herself. “More of a 4.3/5 stars, donut toppings and varieties are amazing, each month a curated set of "special" themed donuts release. Wish there was more layers of flavor in the base dough recipes before the toppings are added on. Other than that, I would grab a donut here any day, seevice is impeccable. Creme Brulee is my go to!“

“Since being taken over by blue moon, the number of non meat options has been scaled back. However, the quality of the baked goods has increased. They charge extra for non-sairy milks, a bummer. Really like the new seating area that's been added.“

“The bagels are very good. Cream cheese is great. Service was great. Very nice young people. I'm a bit of a bagel person, and I grew up in Brookline eating Kupels bagels, which are the best in New England, IMHO. My honest assessment of Elizabeth's bagels themselves is that they are tasty, with the right density balance, and overall very good. If I were to offer a criticism of them it would be that the crust is a bit different than I am used to. It has just the tiniest bit of flakiness to it, if that makes sense. It's not bad, and doesn't ruin them, but as I said, its not what I'm used to. Look, it's the only bagel place anywhere near here, and it would have to be just plain bad for me to not go back, and just keep eating supermarket bagels, but it's actually pretty decent, and I will, indeed, be back.“

“The place is clean, the coffee is 100% better then Dunkin, the donuts are bigger and better then Dunkin. The service is wonderful. Theres a girl that works there I believe her name is Michelle, she waits on me more times then non, this girl works harder then any other person there. The other worker r great, but this girl buzzes around, taking care of customers faster, while helping the other workers and she always has a smile and a kind word.“

“I’ve been living in Ashland for a couple of years and I’m about to move to Cambridge in a few weeks. To be honest one of the things I am feeling sad about is not stopping by this dunks anymore.

I only take the time out to write this review because there are so many average quality Dunkin’ Donuts… the staff here recognize me when I come and if I don’t go for a month or two they will comment on it the next time I show up. I don’t go every day or anything so I think they’re just observant and kind.

I’ve literally never had an issue with the food or drink, and the service is quick and extremely polite. I can’t expect much more out of a Dunkin’ Donuts. They run a very tight ship and do an excellent job and deserve recognition for that.“

“I have never been to Honey Dew before and I had a great first experience! I pulled up to the store at around 4:58pm not realizing that the store closed at 5:00pm because Antonio did not make me feel rushed at all. It wasn't until I got home and checked the receipt for the correct address to leave a review that I saw on the Google listing that this location closed at 5. I checked out at 4:59:19 PM ?. Antonio was so nice and made me the best Iced Chai Latte. I also ordered 5 Dew Drops so that I could try each type of donut. I have tried a couple so far and they are so good! (And I'm picky with my donuts).

“What I can’t stand is the employee who takes your order is not the one who gives you your order. For example, after confirming NO WHIP on my latte, he says, “ok, no whip on that one but the mocha, yes?” I confirm. Guess what ends up happening? Both have whip and the one giving me the order says, “it didn’t say that in the slip,” makes it sound like it’s me! It’s not me! But thanks for making me look like the idiot! How about confirming with the employee taking orders?

“This is a great Dunkin location inside Garrett’s, they have a lot of employees and orders come out very quickly. They have a nice display case for their baked goods and donuts and it looks wonderful! I always recommend this Dunkin, it’s worth it every time since it’s never too busy therefore special care is put into every order“

“I travel a half hour each way to get these doughnuts. They are the best doughnuts around. The size of the regular doughnuts are double from what you get at Dunkin's or Honey Dew nevermind their jumbo doughnuts. They are like 4 regular sized doughnuts in one.

They always have a special doughnut every time I visit.“

“This Starbucks started off really nice with the friendly staff and environment. Things started to go down hill when it came to my ordering. It was a mix of miscommunication, and computer problems. During the ordering process another person had to come and add aid. After and few good solid moments that person had to call the manager. This is where things started to pick up for the better. After cleared communications, and a reset of my order the manager and I came to a well understanding. This will understating truly made this experience a silver lining.“

“Every day I am up at 5:45, I order my coffee online at 6:00, and pick it up at 6:10 on the way to work. It is in a perfect location, has plenty of very nice and helpful staff. The only downside is that Hopkinton will not allow drive-thru's, so it is walk-in only.“

These were so flavorful!! And the bacon was perfectly thin and crispy. Corned beef (not pictured) was so good!! Everything just right!!

“I come here at least once a week for a small ice coffee and a bacon egg and cheese sandwich. Last week I was charged almost $13 today was $11.55 so I asked for a receipt bcuz I never get one. I looked at it and I was charged .75 cents for ONE pump of caramel swirl. That’s ridiculous for ONE extra pump. .25 cents I wouldn’t mind paying but that’s ALOT for a pump of swirl in my opinion. Then charged .50 cents for butter. Also some mornings I am waiting in line for 15 minutes which is also ridiculous. If the owner sees my review I just want to tell you maybe put another person on in the morning bcuz there’s NO reason I should be waiting 10/15 minutes in a drive thru. The food is great and I love the coffee but just wanted to let the owner know my frustration.“

“Nestled at the light sits this cute Dunkin Donuts where you can find your coffee always fresh, never old and burnt, they take your directions seriously.
They understand everyone has a different way to make their coffee and that one coffee can kick off a healthy daily routine or cascade a domino catastrophe.
Around lunch time, hopefully Olivia is the one to make your coffee or Jordan who works the last leg shift because they truly care about your order! That's unfortunately difficult yet ahhmazing when you do find More than one person at one establishment who invests attention to your order!! Give them a raise for those constant greeting smiles!
