“Took a trip to the beach today and walked across the street for lunch. What a happy thing we did! I believe I was served the best sandwich I have ever had in my 69 years on the planet. Avocado on toast with bacon and fried egg served on multi-grain toast on a bed of greens. DELISH!“

“I absolutely loved my experience here. my wife and I went this past weekend for the first time for our anniversary and we left having a new favorite place in Boston. The menu is completely vegan and absolutely delicious. We ordered the Chunk steak, the short ribs, the maple boneless wings, a martini and a mocha latte. everything was so good and their house made vegan ranch is the best vegan ranch I've had to date. All of the staff was incredibly warm, welcoming and attentive. The restaurant itself is small but comfortable and enjoyable. Don't let this place pass you by, it's incredible“

In general it seems like a great little local spot for a breakfast sandwich or a giant cup of coffee or whatever else you want. “Delicious food. Try the Rembrandt sandwich. its corned beef pastrami, Russian dressing Swiss cheese and Cole slaw. The frozen yogurt is the best. You pick vanilla or chocolate and they mix the toppings into it. I dont like the places where they put only a few toppings on the top. they blend the whole thing here.“

“I have dined here on several occasions and have always found the service fast and warm, the environment inviting and, most importantly, the food is consistently exceptional. As an avid omnivore, I'm pleasantly surprised as to how often I find myself ordering some of the many vegetarian and vegan options out of sheer intrigue. I have yet to be disappointed, although I am usually one to nitpick my food endlessly. The coffee and tea are also clearly brewed with care and although they are both delicious on their own, the syrups they make in-house (honey and cherry/coriander being my current favorites) are wonderful add-ons. I would be remise if I did not also mention they have a "Dishpan" cookie on the menu that is not to be missed! Well worth a repeat trip if you're in the area or a detour if you're not.“

I was asked if I wanted cheese foam, which I’ve never had. I asked for a sample and was given onc, which I super appreciated. The cheese foam is good but very rich, so not what I’m looking for now’s. Glad they let me try before I ordered :-).

I ordered from Toast of the Town for delivery, and it was incredible! The food arrived on time, still warm, and packaged perfectly to maintain freshness. Every bite tasted like it was straight from their kitchen to my table.

The avocado toast was a standout—fresh, flavorful, and generously topped. The French toast traveled surprisingly well, staying soft and perfectly sweet without getting soggy. Even the coffee I ordered was thoughtfully packaged and still warm!

I really appreciated the care they put into their delivery service, from the quality of the food to the secure and eco-friendly packaging. Toast of the Town made my lazy day at home feel like a gourmet brunch experience. Definitely ordering again!“
