“Went to the Oysterman in Scituate. The most amazing meal from start to finish. We had oysters, ceasar salad, pork chops,swordfish. It was amazing. The staff was even better. Never missed a beat !!! “Clean, comfortable atmosphere, friendly staff, a variety of food options, appropriately portioned servings, on-site owner who greets guests, clean-tasting, good food – the basics of a solid breakfast meal and a fantastic way to start your day. The Benedict’s English muffins were thin, making them a perfect base for the main stars of the dish - eggs, hollandaise sauce, and protein. The home fries were perfectly cut, small wedges of potato seasoned just right and not greasy. The ingredients tasted fresh, and the service was spot on (a nice balance of attention while not ignoring you or rushing your meal). The service was a team effort; one individual took the order, another checked on beverages, while the owner brought the meals to the table. That supports the respect they have for each other, which is then passed on to the guests to ensure a positive experience. Definitely plan to visit again, again, and again in the future!
