“I go to DQ a few times a week. There is this one young lady, Haven who is so nice and respectful. I am disabled and every time I go there, she either brings the cake to my car, or always opens the door for me. Haven is the kind of person you want representing your business“

“Stumbled upon this place by accident. Traveling through the area on vacation and happened to stop for sandwiches a few shops down. Had a hankering for something sweet and was pleased that this place was only a few stops down. The amount of flavors truly makes me want to stay and just try them all. Can confirm the almond joy in a sugar cone and the banana in a waffle cone are both delicious. Banana tastes like actual banana and the almond joy did not skimp on the mix ins.“

“visited the Salem Willows location for the first time the other night, as a person with allergies I was thrilled to be able to enjoy the Vegan cookies and creme with GF Oreos 😍 delicious! And the staff was amazing, TJ answered all my allergy questions with a smile, really helpful, and Olivia gave us gorgeous cups of ice cream that were perfectly scooped, not always the case when you get ice cream on a hot day, so thank you to you both 🥰❤️“

“Took my daughter for a ice cream to celebrate her first day of school yesterday...I haven't been 30+ years (😳) Oh the nostalgia!!! What a great space with all the fun candy displays and the ice cream bar was just how I remembered! Can't wait to go back! Thank you!!“
“This is hands down the best ice cream we have ever had. The traditional flavors are excellent but the specialty flavors are exceptional. The owners are lovely people and made a special ice cream pie for our daughter’s birthday. Highly recommend!!“

“D'Lites/Katie's Kreations is the BEST! Delish ice cream, muffins, breads, cakes/cupcakes, specially pastries...they do it All plus GF!! 👏❤️🎉“
“Incredibly-delicious family-owned for more than a century homemade ice cream made on a machine that is over 100 years old! They also have an antique popcorn machine. Would drive for hours to come here. It’s the last one at the end of the strip so don’t get confused. 11 am to 8:30 pm but they’re often open later so try anyway if you’re late. So worth it!“

“Excellent Pistachio and Chocolate flavours. Gelato texture is perfect.
Seeing people upset about the pistachio is a good sign and effectively sells it.
Flavor roster kinda let me down personally, I really was hoping for something like Malaga or Fior di Latte.
Also, give the poor staff paddles instead of scoops for serving.“

“So I was born and raised in Salem until I was 14. My wife and I live in Stoughton/Canton line south of Boston. We order Hobbs Popcorn and have it shipped to us when I can’t get to the Willows. Obviously we are fanatics about what they make and will probably go to the grave craving their popcorn. Just a heads up Hobbs. The last shipment we received on August 20 of this year was a disappointment. The only one in decades. It was good and also bad throughout being slightly burnt. Just a heads up so you are aware.“
“We had a graduation party and this was the perfect ending . Delicious ice cream and cookies . Highly recommend“
“Booked for a birthday party, and it was wonderful! Steve is so kind, and communicative. He was punctual, has a ton of great options, and very reasonable pricing! Thank you so much for making our party such a fun event!“

“Just a follow up to my recent review about this DQ concerning delicious and sweet ice cream. We could easily forget the One who made the cows who gave us milk and cream and taste buds to appreciate it. There is no sweeter news than Jesus who was sent by God in his love to die for your sins on the cross. If you believe in him he promises that you would not perish but have eternal life and be with him forever. Please never forget who is so much sweeter than the ice cream. He loves you! John 3:16“

“Fantastic first experience! The quality of the food and the care that went into the flavor and presentation translated from the open wood fired kitchen to the plate to the palate. I was feeling a bit run down when I arrived but I left fully charged and completely satisfied 💯“

“Great ice cream. Unbelievable that they actually charge people for the mini golf. What a mess. Course has not been maintained in years. We asked for a refund after 2 holes.“
