“Can’t recommend the Grove for a private event highly enough! We had my daughter’s baby shower in the Bramble House at the end of January. The food was delicious, beautifully presented and loved by our guests! What truly made the day so special was the help of Rachel, our event coordinator and her team. Their professional support made our experience easy and enjoyable. I would 10/10 recommend Grove for your next event!!“

“Not sure what the experience the other reviewers here had but we had an unbelievably amazing experience! The views were out of this world- nowhere else in Beverly can say the same. Our server Carolyn was absolutely amazing- she was so diligent with the allergies at our table and took the time to recommend things that would fit all of our needs. We will definitely be back and would always request her. Food was amazing, huge portions, flavorful, and came out so quickly! A must in the area! The only down-side was parking, but we figured it out!“

“My wife and I have not had much luck with dining out lately so when it came to picking a restaurant for our anniversary dinner I was nervous that I would find the right place. I came across Nine Elm and read the reviews. They were amazing. So we made a reservation but I was still cautiously optimistic. Things could not have gone better! We arrived and where we were seated was noising, not what we wanted for an anniversary dinner. When I asked the waitress if there was a quieter spot she went to speak to the manager in we were moved immediately. The general atmosphere of the restaurant is nice and the staff is very friendly but professional. The wine was lovely and the food delicious. We ordered the duck and the swordfish special and they were both cooked to perfection. For dessert we split a Creme Brule. The custard was light and creamy a pleasant surprise. We had an amazing time. We will be back!“

“Cala’s is the Bee’s Knees! I am blown away with the quality of food and especially the service! Golden nachos COVERED in tender pulled pork and fresh cheese, chicken tenders are hand battered and well seasoned, hand cut french fries cooked to perfection. Food and service have been superb, consistent, and dependable. Definitely a regular spot for us.“

“My son and his friends and the moms went out for dinner here last night. The Burgers and pizza were great. Cool atmosphere with the TVs. The manager was very friendly and wait staff was excellent. We’ll definitely go back.“

“We had lunch there on 06/28/21. We had an appointment at Anna Jacques and let the waitress know that we were in a hurry. She put a rush on our meals. The food was great, especially the fries! The waitress gave excellent, friendly service. We will be back!“

“I was just there tonight which is Boxing Day 2022. I am giving black cow a a 3 because I was shocked at the prices. We had 1 sushi roll,1 shrimp app and 3 drinks ..90 bucks. (Don’t forget a Jim bean rocks with 1 good cherry 14 dollars) and about 1 1/2 fingers of amaretto straight)for 11 dollars) You’re better off spending your money somewhere else.. honestly. I’m a chef and understand rising costs however this is crazy however the service was pretty solid.“

“We like the Serenitee Group Restaurants, including 15 Walnut. The menu has been changed since our last visit, and we found two delicious entrees - the special Steak au Poivre, which was perfectly plated and prepared, and the green curry spiced Roasted Salmon, which was imaginatively seasoned and perfectly cooked. The casual setting is conducive to easy conversation, and the sports screens are unobtrusive., but allow sports fans to keep track of the action. We'll return!“

“Overall it was very good but a bit of a mixed bag depending on what was ordered. We ordered dumplings as an app, which I loved, but my companion did not. It's spicy so it depends on whether you like that. My companion had fish and chips which didn't look or taste good. The crust was so dry and the fish just crumbled. Chips weren't good either so not recommended. I had steak tacos which were excellent! Actually, all the taco dishes I saw coming out looked great. We did not have cocktails or dessert. The meal came to $100 with tip so a bit pricey. I would definitely go back and give it another try.“

My fiance had the baked haddock, fresh and very tasty, with a side of sweet potato fries that were the best I've ever had. Incredible atmosphere and amazing staff. So many other great options on the menu and crafty cocktails.“
