“Really good Dominican food! No frills, uncomplicated yet heartwarming meals and a certain local local favorite
It’s a small shop with no dine in seating, but the portions were extremely generous and the Chicharrones were both tender and crispy. You can get a plate with different sides, or a sandwich(“chimi”)“

“This place is authentic Dominican food. I been to several DR restaurant and this is my go to for 3 reasons:portions ,price and flavor. I have tried the beef pastelito and the chicken 10/10. I always get the rice with pigeon peas, the fried pork belly and sweet plantain. They give generous amounts and the food is always fresh hot and delicious. I literally drive into Boston to come here on Saturday late mornings/early afternoons to get the pastelito. Even the selection of beverages are delish! If you are thinking of coming here, drive as fast as you can because it is so good! P.s My dad put me onto this restaurant ..we are Filipino“

“From the moment I walked in, this restaurant evoked the true spirit of the Dominican Republic. The food was nothing short of spectacular, bursting with authentic flavors. Beyond the delicious cuisine, the friendly service truly stood out – it felt like a family gathering. The dedication of the owner, his wife, and son, who all work diligently in the restaurant, shines through in the consistent quality of every dish. Without a doubt, this is among the best Dominican restaurants in Boston“

“First time trying this place and it was amazing! We got the roasted chicken, plantains, yaroa, and chicken & beef patties. Everything was tasty, and the sauce they gave us was great. Very authentic vibe and the staff were helpful and friendly. Will definitely be going back!“

“Food is basic but healthy and hearty. Could use some hot sauces on the table. Not as great a selection as in Colombian restaurants, nor as enticingly sauced. And no sangria ☺️“

“I've tried all the empanadas and im in love with them, flavor is 🔥, chiken and beef empanadas my favorites 10/10. Ham and cheese 7/10. Chimis i give them 12/10, yaroa 8/10. Only thing that i didn't like at all were the fries, maybe because im used to crunchy and skinnier french fries compare to the ones the used here“

“Wow is all I can say! This is my first time trying this place. I got the fried Snapper and brown rice. I wasn’t sure if I was going to like the brown rice with vegetable medley inside. My first bite I couldn’t stop eating it. Thank you I will definitely back for more seafood options.“

“I've only tried the empanadas so far, but I don't need to try anything else to know this place is great. They taste amazing. The edges are crunchy while the center is nice and soft. The best part of the empanadas though is that they feel oily at all, so you wont regret eating multiple.“

“Las Palmas catered my daughter’s 1st Birthday, and I was blown away at the quality of this food for the price! It was beyond delicious, and not only that, the detail they put into their presentation is what really sets them apart from other places I’ve used in the past. I will certainly be using Las Palmas again for future events. Thank you for completing our baby girls birthday.“

“I don’t know what spell they put on the rice and beans here but I blacked out mid-bite. The carne de res was juicy, flavorful, and dangerously good. This wasn’t lunch — this was a spiritual reset. I wiped the plate clean like it owed me money. Dominican comfort food done RIGHT. This is my second time here and I am for sure coming back.“

“Tiny, inexpensive ,no frills place with friendly young staff serving up classic Dominican tostados, toasted sandwiches. Takeout only, but they have plenty of outdoor seating. Sandwiches were delicious but a real surprise was the quality of the fruit smoothies! My mango and passion fruit smoothie was so rich and summery, not drenched in sugar at all.“
