“Packed in the morning, BUT they get my order right. The place is small so you are going to be in someone's space which isn't comfy but it moves along pretty fast.

Parking: There is a fenced area that has a parking lot for customers or you can use the bigger parking lot for stop n shop.“

Oh and third, surprisingly good coffee - you never know what you are going to get from a basic drip coffee maker but it was good! “I've been wanting to try the donuts here for ages. I'm so glad I finally made it in. They're melt-in-your-mouth delicious. Their honey glazed is like a giant crispy Kreme. The donuts are Super fluffy. This also appears to be a great hang spot for coffee and lottery (as seen by the locals).

I still love my Kanes, but this is a nice SS alternative.

“I found this Gem of a coffee shop with my cousin and my children. It was amazing!! We ordered corn dogs with a Heavenly melty cheese inside,, I don't know where he sources this cheese but it was so good. The family also ordered Boba Teas and soft serve ice cream. The boba teas were good but when the Owner David gave us Vietnamese Coffee sweet and salty kind to try.... 💣.com!!! It was one of my most memorable coffee experiences I've ever had. The Ice Cream was magical almost a Marshmallow flavor in the background,, and it was thick not your regular soft serve by any means. And did I mention he gave us the coffee for free!! Thank you again Dave it was awesome,, Everytime I go to pick or drop off my cousin I will surely stop in. I’ve only been coming here a couple times a week for the past two months and this morning I walked in and the girl behind the counter saw me coming and had my coffee made before I even got to the register. I ordered the Dubai chocolate donut and forgot to pick it up the next day and I messaged them on Instagram and they were kind enough to replace it for free and they even threw in an extra donut. The Dubai chocolate donut was so rich and filling. I was not disappointed and I've been a customer at the Allston location and I'll be back to this location as well“

“The desserts are amazing we got there too late and missed the mochi donuts. But we got this other mochi dessert with cream and custard filling. It was so so good, and even better the next day. One has a match cream and another a custard filling. We will definitely be back to try their other stuff.“

Now I randomly crave donuts at 8 pm when they’ve already closed and I have to (impatiently) wait until the next morning. “We used Union Square Donuts catering as a dessert option for our wedding in Cambridge, and they were tremendous. We had a donut wall to go alongside our wedding cake and it was a big hit with our guests. They provided us with a tasting box months prior to the event so we were able to choose the flavors we wanted for the wedding, including a vegan option for certain guests. We would highly recommend hiring Union Square Donuts to add a special touch to any private event!“

“I first met the owner since he was selling kombucha at farmers’ markets back before he started the donut business. I’ve always found their donuts somewhat variable although most are excellent. Having moved to the neighborhood of this shop I came in and tried their vegan Chai Apple Cider. It was delicious and tasted like fall. They had four vegan flavors when I came in.“

“What a great experience I had! Michael and Thawn made sure that I got exactly what I wanted, even though I changed my mind after initially ordering. Additionally, when I asked for the specific mochinut I had been craving, he told me they were out, but would make one for me if I was willing to wait for that. The tea and mochinut were outstanding. I recommend their green tea with boba and the chocolate mochinut! Great great service, if you are looking for a sweet treat in the area, this is the place to go.“

The egg wasn’t my favorite (tastes microwaved), but the donuts were fantastic, and the consideration was above and beyond (one of the gentleman even brought me napkins without me asking).

“Delicious cappuccino, and the donuts are WAY better than Dunkin! Their blueberry tasted homemade. They also have lemon filled and other fun ones.

I love that it’s a drive through.

They also, surprisingly, have a selection of bigelow teas, and I got a cranberry apple! Enjoyed it in front of a fireplace with friends.

“Best donuts in the area! Their donuts are incredible in flavor. They’re light, fluffy, and delicious - my kids request them every week! Our favorites are vanilla glaze, everything donut, and the Apple fritter. Sometimes they have savory tarts which are SO good. We especially love the pride donuts they have every June. Blackbird employees are always so friendly and welcoming as well, which is also appreciated. Blackbird also delivers through DoorDash, and the donuts are always delivered fresh. The Newton location does not have a bathroom, fyi but that does not detract from the amazing food! Thank you Blackbird for being such a wonderful addition to our community!“

“I come here every so often. Just a local doughnut shop where you can also buy scratch tickets/tobacco. My go-to is the glazed chocolate. Relatively smaller doughnut but it is just the right size if you don't want to feel too guilty. Service is always excellent but I never tried any of the breakfast sandwiches.“

“This was my first time at a bubble tea place in probably 10 years. There are a LOT more options now and the employee was so kind and patient, answering all of my questions and explaining the options. She even recommended using the computerized ordering system if I wanted to see photos. The Shared Tea lets you customize everything down to how much ice you want and how sweet you want your drink (great accommodation for those on special diets.) My lychee tea came with chunks of crushed lychee in it and was really delicious.
