Nicole is a very hard worker, and I have seen this very consistently from her the few times I have been in. She often works by herself and does an amazing job managing it all. She is patient and kind, given customers can be the opposite. She also enforces the Target policy of not being able to take tips, which I think should definitely be changed!!!!!
