Starbucks in Plymouth

“One of the nicer Starbucks. We all know what the food and drinks are like so if yiu came to this review you already know its better than Dunkin Donuts. The staff at this location were friendlier than typical making sure everyone was greeted as soon as they walked in. There was more seating and the drinks came faster than typical.“

“The barista was absolutely wonderful, the coffee came quickly and was exactly right. The ladies’ room was immaculate.
The only negative is that between the doors and the drive through window, the seating is so freezing cold that’s it’s hard to work. So I do not recommend this particular Starbucks for work.“

“Walked up on 6/6/26 at 7:11am, the initial door was locked but not marked to use other doors. Multiple cars left because the doors were not open. Turned out the one side doors were open. Walked into three people not making eye contact, or greeting us. Avoided us for about 7 minutes. We ordered 2 venti hot house coffees w/2 SF vanilla pumps. First one came out as a grande (written Vt on label) and then they walked away. My husband waited for the second one that was a venti. As Alex (barista) put it down (without a sleeve, I got my own) my husband clearly started asking Alex to fix the other, and he ignored him and walked away. It took another 3 minutes to get the attention of the other barista (who made the wrong one in the first place) and she fixed it with an apology. Just rude service over all…spare yourself the trouble and go right over to Dunkin, it will cost you less monetarily, time-wise, as well as the irritation of dealing with rude people.“
