“The drink was good, but the customer service was disappointing. My app showed that my order was ready, so I politely asked if my drink was available. The young barista responded with an impatient attitude and kept making unfriendly facial expressions. Meanwhile, customers who ordered after me received their drinks before I did, while I was still waiting. Overall, the drink was nice, but the service made the experience unpleasant.“
