The food was phenomenal and the service was equally phenomenal! I had The Zone and hubby had The Jason. De-frickin-licous! Add the best iced spiced chai I ever had and I would say we have a winner! We will be back tomorrow and the remainder of the week!“

“Stumbled into this place after eating Thai food across the street, and it is spectacular. The people were working hard but very pleasant and sending out peaceful vibes, which was expected as per the rainbow peace flag, colorful chairs, and keep calm sign out front. The menu is very clearly labeled for allergens and contains many delicious and healthy options. We opted for the dairy and gluten free lemon donuts and they were absolutely delicious. Importantly, they were priced extremely fairly and not outrageously as most vegan and gluten free items are at most places. Super impressed.“

“I saw Kogi Bar and Grill post about ramen night tonight. The broth in the pictures looked soooooo delicious. So I called asking what it was because I wanted it. The girl who answered the phone was sooo nice, super helpful, and helped me make my own ramen bc it’s ramen night. Even if it didn’t like the ramen, I’d probably order again just because she was so nice, and so helpful. I could tell from just the phone call that she’s a great worker, and knows the menu very well. Anyways they delivered to me all the way in sagamore beach!! Wild because that’s a good distance, it got delivered so fast! It was still so hot, and sooooooo yummy! I’ve never tried ramen from there but wow. I was just craving the broth from the picture and they cured my craving. 10/10 recommend! This broth is sooooo delicious and flavorful!! Will be ordering this again for sure!“

“They lost a customer!! We ordered take out 2 weeks ago on Friday night, Caesar salad with chicken, chicken Alfredo, and chicken broccoli Alfredo. We picked up the food within 30 minutes, the time we were quoted when picking up and live about 10 minutes away, let just say it was one of the worst take out meals we have had. Immediately after we started eating I called and spoke to the manager, the salad was watery and croutons were mushy, the chicken Alfredo was cold, the Parmesan wasn't melted! The food tasted like it a day old and microwaved! The manager took all my info and stated she would call me back after dinner service, never heard from her. Saturday I called back after not hearing, the same manager answered apologizing it was late when she finished dinner service but the owner was out of town and would call me back during the week, ok no problem. Late Monday I get a voicemail from the owners wife, working in customer service I was appalled by the voicemail. She stated that croutons do get soggy if you don't eat the salad right away and to order the dressing on the side next time. And that Alfredo just separates if you don't eat right away, suggesting I don't let it sit to room temperature before serving. I immediately called her back and explained I picked up the order and called within 40 minutes of placing the order, she stated that wasn't explained to me. She continued to tell me, speaking to someone in the background I have never heard this many complaints before. She proceeded to ask me what I wanted her to do about it, she stated she needed to talk to her husband because they don't just refund someone because they complain... I proceeded to tell her I had pictures if she was interested. I texted her the pictures and she told me she had to speak to her husband and would call me back... over a week later no call back...“

“First off I would just like to say that we did have an issue and I called and the manager Sean to care of my issue immediately and was extremely nice and attentive and that's why even though we had a small issue I'm giving it five stars. I got the French dip and I was pretty surprised it was really good it was pretty lean meat it wasn't fatty at all the dip was pretty much onion soup and I wish that it would have been an au jus the onion soup was good and the sandwich itself was very lean and good. Everything that we had was very tasty. The only issue we had was we had ordered two chicken soups because two folks in our house are not feeling well and we wanted to get some chicken soup for them. The issue was we got one chicken soup and we got one broccoli cheese soup. We ate both of the soups and they were both very good it's just one person really wished that they had gotten the chicken soup instead of the broccoli cheese. I called just to let the manager know that there was a mistake. He immediately said how sorry he was and refunded not only the one mistaken soup that we got but he also refunded us the other soup. And to top it all off he said the next time we go through we should mention his name Sean and let them know and get a free cookie. He was so pleasant about the whole experience so apologetic. The food was very good even though there was an issue the manager's response was excellent and every establishment should take a lesson from this type of response. We will definitely be continuing to get food from this establishment.“
