“Five stars for the bartender, Gus! We stopped in for a drink before dinner next door and honestly wished we could have stayed longer. We ended up meeting some really cool people at the bar, which to me is always the sign of a great bar.

Gus was terrific—cordial, welcoming, and just great behind the bar. I had one of the best Manhattans I’ve had in a long time.

Dulu is a beautiful place with a great atmosphere. We’ll definitely be back, hopefully to try the food next time, but either way we’ll be looking for Gus!“

“This place is awesome. The food is really good. I'm happy that they don't just serve eggs, bacon and sausage in the morning. I do not like breakfast food. This place actually has things I like in the breakfast time hour. AND THE SERVICE IS EXCEPTIONAL!!!!!! The staff all seems to work as one unit. Everyone seems to know what the other is doing and exactly what the customer needs. AWESOME SERVICE...I wish I could give 10 stars for the service.“

“The food is fantastic and the location is private and decadently decorated. The shame is that they are closing for 1 year for renovations. My wife and I enjoyed a date here and it was our second time. The food is so beautiful it is almost a shame to eat it. The multi course meal option I feel is the only way to dine. you have a choice of appetizer as well as an entrée, followed by a dessert and this is what dinner should be everywhere. There is no limitation to what you can choose in the price is the same across the board. I got a beautiful tuna tartare and my wife got a goat cheese beet salad. It was beautiful and we both got amazing entrées in the filet and duck pate linguine. We got a dessert soufflé and homemade cheesecake that were to die for. Once they re-open in a year we will certainly return!We also enjoyed a nice glass of wine and after dinner cocktail in the lounge to sit by the fire and chatted with a great couple for quite some time. Great atmosphere and we will definitely be back.“

“Food during brunch was incredible! The pancakes and latte's are particularly spectacular.

It is a loud crowded space with is lovely and cozy, but can be a little overwhelming as well.

Make sure to order everything you think your going to want at the counter because you will have to get in line if you want another latte or seltzer. That being saidpst of the staff are lovely and will do what they can to help you get what you want if you find your lacking something.

“Amici is a gem! We discovered it only just now, while looking for a place that could accommodate a party of seven on short notice, in the high season of summer. The food was delicious; the Caesar salad, truffle fries, and chicken parmigiana were especially good. And the service was wonderful, both friendly and efficient—which we appreciated with two hungry kids in the party. Speaking of kids, Amici is very family-friendly. They made a kid-size lasagna for our seven-year-old—which he finished, and that was great (because he’s finicky). We will definitely be back!“
