“First time visiting. We visit a lot of Mexican restaurants in and around the North Shore, and have our favorites. This is for sure a new favorite for us. The customer service at the location in Malden was excellent, our waitress was so polite, personable, and the right amount of attentive. The restaurant was spotless, I mean, SPOTLESS, including the restroom. The rest of the staff checked in, and the food was excellent.“

“First, I'd like to say I tried contacting Charlie's before I went this route. I didn't get a response. I've been to Charlie's with a group of 8 for lunch. It was very good. We got what we ordered and everything was delivered together. On Friday, 4 of us went there for food and drinks before the Folk Festival. Okay, Corona, I asked for lime. Didn’t get it. No biggie. Two of us ordered hamburgers, one ordered a tuna sandwich, the 4th haddock. Nope, no haddock. Okay, sirloin tips. Nope. Country chicken. Nope and don't know what it is. Okay....I'll have a hamburger. 15 minutes after (mind you 25 minutes have already passed), sorry. no buns. How about white bread! 40 minutes after initial order, hamburger on white bread and something resembling a tuna sandwich (?) arrives. We felt sorry for the waitress. But definitely poor service. I'm sorry I have to post this, I like helping local businesses, but lack of listed items was horrible.“

“Hands down best experience! My husband and I went in after a maternity appointment where I had blood drawn and was now feeling very faint. I told the hostess I needed food right away, she made a suggestion, grabbed the waiter fast, and they put a rush on my order while my husband decided on his food. It felt like about 2 minutes later they were quickly bringing my food over as well my drink. The waiter was perfectly attentive the entire time, even bringing me a fresh drink the second I finished mine. The level of care and attention was exactly what I needed at that moment and I would come back to this one any day. Thank you guys so much for the best experience when I needed it most“

“Nice place to party. They are open over the weekends and in the evening. Entry is free till 12am. Post 12am it’s a $5 entry. Don’t forget to carry your id. They have a dance floor, 2 bar counters. They also have 3 pool tables. Liquor is priced decent. Street parking is available.“

“Tried their buffet on the weekend, and the food is good. Their chicken biryani is very mild, tasty, and stands out from other places.

Edit: We catered from them for my brother’s wedding, and all the guests loved the dishes. Best authentic chicken biryani I ate at any restaurant.“
