The pork belly was still crispy, the mushrooms were savory, the noodles had an excellent chew, and the broth was something I wish I could bottle and save forever.The roasted duck bao bun was similarly delicious with a slight sweetness and a slow building heat that kicked things off perfectly. I really can't say enough positive things about 1981. Delicious and worth it.“
