“Tonight was the best dining experience we have had in two years! The drinks were awesome, the food was piping hot and came out on the hot plates, even the last bite was hot! My daughter’s plate from the kids menu even looked delicious, and she enjoyed every bite. Most impressive was the service- Yanina was terrific, she was so happy the entire time, we never needed anything during our entire visit, she was one step ahead of us every time! We will definitely be back!“

“Burger was exactly as ordered. Not sloppy or dry, just a good burger on brioche. Saw many other tables get food that looked great too (e.g. prime rib, haddock, parmesan chicken, etc...) They don’t really do sit down service anymore but their food is the focus. Delicious and served by a hard-working family. “Don’t forget the sauce” : )“

“I really love this place. They still do dinner meals which is great when I'm just looking to get something for myself. Food tastes fantastic and the ladies at the front are always friendly. Definitely a take out plane, wouldn't recommend as a family sit down.“

“It's always a little weird to walk through Whole Foods to go to a bar, but the tap list at J. Bartlett's is genuinely one of the best in Southern NH. They feature several dozen beers on draft, most of them from local brewers, and while they do have the typical abundance of hoppy IPAs they also have things like pilsner, helles, porters, and stouts, enough to make up a few different flights of non-IPAs. The vibe is very relaxed, and you can have food while you enjoy a drink. I wish it were a little bit larger so it didn't feel so much like a vestigial limb to the Whole Foods it's connected to, but overall it's a great little spot.“

“It had been a few weeks since they opened before I made my last visit. They employed the most incompetent staff both times I went. Things took a complete turn for the unexpected today! We were greeted by a very helpful and kind woman who took our order. The usual high-quality cuisine arrived promptly. Due to the nature of the task at hand, my guest and I remained there for over fifteen minutes with our laptops propped open. There was never any pressure or urgency to have us go. I didn't feel the need to bolt out the door because it wasn't very packed. Since I generally enjoy Panera eateries, I will be returning more frequently now. Fortunately, this one is right here in my town, so I'm pleased it lived up to my expectations.“

“FABIOLA, Manager & VALERIE always provides exceptional customer service! It is always so nice to see their big smiles and always feeling welcomed. I also see it consistently with other customers as well! They are truly assets! They are also always so calm no matter how busy the lunch rush is. It is commendable. In addition to all that they are human angels on earth! I had lost my purse on May 23rd (sorry for the delay, been meaning to do this sooner) and called a couple of times and the first person I spoke with was a man who told me it wasn’t there and I asked him to check the bathroom and he again told me it wasn’t turned in. Later I called and thankfully the call was answered by the Manager, Fabiola who sincerely apologized that the other employee told me it wasn’t there because it actually was there the whole time and I was SO extremely grateful and relieved to both her and Valerie who found it and kept it safe for me! I appreciate you, FABIOLA & VALERIE so much! They wouldn't even accept money as a reward! They told me that they were just happy to have found it and to have it returned to me as they understood the feeling of losing a purse. “I don't know who made my cranberry sandwich today but I want to give you a crisp high five. I always custom order and take off the tomatoes and add sweet peppers. 99% of the time, the peppers are sparce and clumped together in one little spot. Whomever decided to take the time to spread all ingredients evenly and do a generous coat of sweet peppers just gave me a reason to not sit in a dark corner and brood. You have added a light to my life that I didn't know was missing. I hope you win the lottery and get a 90% return on all of your investments.“
