“This is about this particular Starbucks coming to the rescue for my doggy Monty who LOVES his visits to SB! Read on! ********* DD vs SB WARS!!! OK Dunkin' Donuts people, give me what you got! I pull into DD in Utica and get DENIED for a "whip" for Monty (Puppuccino). I offer to pay for it. NOPE. I offer to PAY full price for a cappuccino, just give me some whip. NOPE. I get this answer, "we don't do that here!!" I asked if they have whipped cream. Yes. Then let me BUY some! NOPE!! You mean, I can't PAY you $4 for some whipped cream....that you just told me you have??? You made (my dog) Monty SAD!!!!! So ..THIS nice couple you can't see in the video told me a similar #DD story. They wouldn't sell him an iced coffee...so he had to ask for a cup of ice and regular coffee.🤨 #dunkindonuts #utica....lesson#1: it's about the CUSTOMER! ALWAYS!! #DDUtica FAIL!!!!! “After moving to the area, Nosh Café and Restaurant has quickly become one of my favorite places to enjoy brunch in Springfield. They offer a fantastic selection of vegetarian and vegan options which can sometimes be hard to find. Additionally, the atmosphere is both fun and relaxing with consistently friendly and welcoming staff. If you like to read or are looking for a new cookbook, Nosh has quite the selection of books available for purchase.

“I went to this cafe today and the inside of the place was so clean 🧼 smelled like holiday spice. The customer service was great the owner miss Luisa was so fun and sweet. I got an apple danish and a cinnamon cappuccino ☕️. If you need a place that’s cozy to get some work done on a laptop 💻 or just a quick getaway to feel appreciated please go to cafe palazzo 😊“

“Love this place! The food brings me back to my childhood in PR, and the staff's warm and courteous service is very welcoming. They offer a great variety on items I'm interested in such as gifts with inspiring messages, modest clothing for women and men, and accessories that fit my style. Their caramel iced coffees are delicious! Great environment to wind down during lunch break...overall a place I would recommend to friends and family.“

“I miss the Gin Mill folks. Used to get out for the Friday night bands there, had some good night's. Done the poker runs few times too. That can be an interesting day on two wheels. Haven't had a Gin Mill burger in a long time. Hope the family is doing well.“

“We have been here to eat many times when visiting our daughter at UMass! We make a trip at least one morning for breakfast. Great options, including gluten free breads, I love getting French Toast with these breads. Friendly servers and Mike is always pleasant to chat with. Highly recommend visiting if you’re in the area.“

“The money was worth it since we got so much from our visit. Next time I may check out the two art museums as well. Parking was close and free, which was a nice bonus. Since Main Street isn't far, there are plenty of restaurants nearby but nothing to eat inside the museums“

“Great little cafe that we stopped in while we were in the museum. Not a massive selection but food well proced at 10 dollars a plate roughly. You can get your hamburger and hotdogs. There's a couple other dishes but can't remember them off the top of my head. Additionally the two gentlemen serving us were extremely polite and made some fantastic food. So good that even my extremely fussy 3 year old ate it. 10 out of 10 all round ?“

“Staying at the sheraton nearby convenient place to get a quick bite. Went there around 10am wasn't busy. Food was prepared quickly and got what i asked for. Service is excellent. You can get you bagel and coffee and eat right outside they have a few tables and chairs in the vestibule. Cris was very polite and brought your order out to you while you wait.“

“If you’re anywhere in the area, this little unassuming cafe is an absolute must.To start, Laura—who it seems typically opens in the morning—had my order memorized like I was a years-long regular after just a single visit. I waltzed in just after opening (7:05), hoping not to be “that guy” that walks in super early while she’s trying to do her side work. She assured me that all was good, and that I was more than welcome. She virtually started making my breakfast before I even ordered. Wow.Next, the food. The FOOD. The COFFEE. Some of the best savory all-American comfort breakfast food I’ve had, genuinely. I’m a coffee snob, and I like mine on the sweeter side. They nail it with their caramel lattes (at least Laura does).The atmosphere is a very warm-toned rustic feel, so it almost comes off as if you’re sitting in someone’s living room. At the center of the room is a few sofas and a table, to boot.Again, if you’re anywhere near VS&C, pop on in. You won’t regret it.“

“Eat is easily my favorite restaurant to dine! If you’re looking for great quality food at a reasonable price with a plethora of daily specials to keep it fun, this is definitely your place to go! Whenever I have the chance to have lunch with someone new, it is my go-to place. The menu is super inclusive whether you are vegan, vegetarian, or an omnivore. 10/10 EVERY TIME. I appreciate their professionalism and thoughtfulness, as well!“
