“On the way to a vacation in Cape Cod, we stopped at a different location of this restaurant for lobster rolls. On the way back, we stopped at their Ludlow rest-stop location on the Mass Pike. Although I love their lobster roll, I decided to try something different. I ordered the tuna sub with lettuce, tomato, onion, and hot pepper relish. I also took advantage of the offer of adding chips and a bottled soft drink for a very reasonable upcharge. The tuna salad was made using white albacore tuna and, with the fresh toppings, it was delicious. The roll was also a step up from the normal sub roll. As a final note, the service was excellent.“

“I haven't been to this location for a couple of years. When I went in, I was hoping that they'd still have their BBQ Rib grinder. Unfortunately, it had been discontinued. Abby behind the counter was quick to make suggestions for me to try to find something closest to that flavor. When I was still trying to figure out what I wanted, a couple of customers had come in. Abby was very engaged with her customers and you could see that she put a lot of thought into creating a great sandwich and ensuring a wonderful customer experience. Finally, it was my turn and I received the same outstanding service. I was very pleased and left with a smile and a tasty sandwich. I want management to know that Abby is genuine, warm and truly does care about her customers. She is truly an asset to the store and to the entire company. I'll be back very soon :)“

“I have always loved Richards! Recently i ordered a catering order -30 sandwiches with chips, drinks, cookies the whole 9. I chose to pick up and they helped me load my car, we’re super friendly, and everyone absolutely loved the sandwiches! Shortly after i left, they called saying they had forgotten to give us our water. I didn’t have time to go back, so I suggested that they just credit me. Instead, they went above and beyond and delivered the waters to the conference I was hosting!!!! Highly recommend“

“was suffering with a sore throat, really wanted some soup and found Renee B’s from a quick google search of “soup near me”. my choice to make a stop in at Renee’s did not disappoint! i got a turkey & provolone sandwich with broccoli cheddar soup on the side and it was delish. this is such a quaint spot for a bite to eat at a very reasonable price, and Renee was lovely. kudos for her keeping up a great establishment. i will certainly make a trip back in. ❤️“

“I was already craving Jersey Mikes the other day but then saw a post last night of the owner supporting his employee that was celebrating 1 year sobriety and donating to the cause. I happened to be in Longmeadow for my sons practice the same night I saw it… and although not the day some proceeds will go to the cause, I must say, it was the click that said “get jersey mikes tonight” ? I just find that to be so wholesome and empathetic of the owner to recognize his employee for this accomplishment and be publicly vocal & proud about it. The employees have always been top notch for a “fast food” joint. I’ve always been impressed by the friendliness. I think this store is really well run by what I’ve seen and I obviously love love love the food! Just earned enough points for a free sub, so I will be back again soon. ?“

“They're always nice when we go there. We're in there a lot so it's always a great time catching up with them.

Parking: It's in a gas station so there's parking, it just depends on the time of day. It is a prime spot for the mini school busses so you'll always see them during school hours. Just be prepared to park weird or wait for some of them to leave.“

Parking is sometimes tough, but they have a parking lot across the street and sometimes you get lucky with off-street parking! Honestly prefer ordering ahead and picking up on way to work. “I was craving some subway and this was the third location I went to and finally got what I wanted. The employee that served me was so nice and welcoming.
