““Pure Pastry” was highly recommended by “Cakes for Occasions” because they couldn’t make a Vegan cake. So I called and asked Kim to make my son who is a Vegan an all Vegan birthday cake. We were all pleasantly surprised at how delicious and moist his chocolate cake was with vanilla cream frosting with strawberries in the middle and on top was. Five people ate this cake and we all loved the taste. It looked beautiful too. Another thing I also love about this bakery is the cake box. The cake fit in the box very nicely and on the top you could see the cake through a see through film which was an elegant touch. My son’s cake was so good that I had to order a Vegan strawberry vanilla cake for my birthday too. I can’t wait to get it. Kim is so very friendly and such a nice person and she is very easy to get a hold of on the phone. I very highly recommend Kim and “Pure Pastry” for all of your pastry needs.“

Simply wonderful!
The service is impeccable—the staff are always very friendly, attentive, and quick to respond. You feel like they care about each customer.
All the products are fresh, made daily, with that delicious aroma of freshly baked bread. The breads, cakes, and savory treats have a homemade flavor that makes all the difference. You'll want to try everything! Especially the carrot cake with that wonderful ( calda de chocolate)😋😋😋.
Another very positive point is the cleanliness. The environment is very well-kept, organized, and pleasant for those who want to have a coffee on the spot or take something home.
Definitely a bakery that's a pleasure to visit. I recommend it wholeheartedly! Keep it up!

“My daughter’s wedding cake was absolutely delicious. From the communication to the finished product, it was a great experience and they certainly have earned our family’s business. Sometimes you attend a wedding and they are trying to send cake home with everyone, there was nothing left to send. The guests loved it and most importantly, so did the bride and groom. Couldn’t thank them more! Wonderful job!!“

“It's bittersweet because the food is great and almost everyone that works there is polite except for the girl that wears the headphones in the pink sweatshirt at the Middleton place. she always has an attitude. she always has a look on her face like I shouldn't be here and I'm better than everybody. never says please never says thank you never responds to you when you say thank you. I will no longer go to this place this has been multiple visits that the lady has been totally unfriendly and I think it makes everyone in the room at that time very uncomfortable. 12.20.24 7:23 AM.“

“There is a variety of bread that is most similar to Salvadoran bread and it is good but I don't like that the customer serves themselves and there are customers who are not very clean and try to reach for the bread that is placed at the back and that way they drag themselves past. sleeve of his jacket the bread that is placed on the edge, that is, in front and I don't like that. In my opinion, it should be the store saleswoman who delivers the bread to customers so that it is cleaner this way.“

“I've been eager to try this bakery since it took over! I'm so glad i did! We initially went in to get one thing each, and both of us left with a whole lot more than we intended to buy! The pastelitos were so amazingly fresh and delicious, and he made my Mango smoothie with a whole fresh mango! The flan was out of this world, and my friends Caramel Cake tasted like heaven! Even the french fries we got were fantastic! The gentleman who helped us (I'm guessing it was one of the owners) was so incredibly friendly, he definitely made two more local customers! We can't wait to try slices of his other cakes,as well as the other items listed on his menu! Great amount of food for the price as well! All around, a great guy, a great business!“

If you don't want fennel, don't order cookies that have fennel in their names.“

“This place has changed name. I delivered to Jacqueline’s Gourmet Cookies which is now Rich’s. Same location just new name.Drive thru the parking lot straight to the rear of the building. Dock doors are labeled and numbered. Quick unload. Super easy check-in. Plenty of space to back in. (Considering I got there super early in the morning) Backed into door 11 (receiving). I got there 6:05am for a 9am appointment & was unloaded in 20 mins max. Professional workers. Overnight parking allowed. Overall a great experience delivering here. Such place is how all warehouses should be.“

“We recently hired Googans to cater for a celebration of life. We kept it simple with a cheese and veggie platter, sandwiches and sweets- finger food. Everything was absolutely delicious! People were raving about how good the sandwiches and desserts were. I absolutely recommend for catering and also to stop in their shop for breakfast and/or lunch. “Delicious Dominican cake! The guava is out of this world! So glad I found this place after years of not having this type of cake I grew up on for family functions! This place is far superior to the one the family used to get in JP! Its been fresh every time.
The only negative is they have spelled things wrong twice out of the 5 cakes I've ordered. One name was written down on paper and they still spelled it wrong.“
