“Had an outstanding meal here back in November - our family live locally and insisted we visit, and I’m so glad they did! Everything from the oyster menu was super fresh and a great way to appreciate the variations between different varieties. Service was friendly, cocktails were delicious, and the Windsor Fries (cooked in tallow and served with a delicious garlic mayo) are genuinely the best fries I have ever eaten. There are numerous stories in various media about the decline and fall of both. Much like Britain itself, the BBC Plymouth remains a small but lovely place to visit, partake in a bevy of local and global beverages, and engage in some traditional games and revelry on the second floor. On the last night I was there, Jenga was a particularly popular pastime, as were darts.“

“Very nice place, right on the water. Went for lunch today after hanging out at the ocean watching the waves crash, if storm coming in tomorrow. Waitress was very attentive and when i ordered the blackened chicken sandwich she cautioned me as to how spicy it was, glad she did because i would not have enjoyed it. Got chili instead, very good serving with a heap of tortilla chips. Also ordered the corn bread with honey butter so delish. Husband got the lobster bisque, good chunks of lobster in it, we both had a ceaser salad, he had anchovies on his. Salad was a very good size could have easily shared one. “Been coming here since I was a kid. The food is great, service was quick and our waiter was very attentive last night with the drink refills. Highly recommend buffalo chicken mac and cheese, any of their appetizers or burgers. Also the arcade is a fun bonus.“
