“My husband and I just moved here and went to the Conference Table for dinner last night. We were exhausted from packing and moving and our experience at the restaurant was just perfection every way! Everyone was so friendly, our waitress was terrific, and the food was amazing! We had clam chowder and turkey club sandwiches and both were the best we’ve ever had! “This place was amazing! We were greeted immediately upon arrival, they were prompt and very nice! The waiter (our receipt said Tayber) was so nice, he was on top of checking in with us and didn’t get annoyed that I was slugging the water requiring 5 refills! He was quick and polite! We got a maple bourbon, fish tacos and pizza. Every bit of it was delicious! And the prices were very reasonable. 10/10 would highly recommend!“

We had over 190 guests and not once did it ever feel overwhelming — they handled every detail flawlessly and with such professionalism. The food was incredible, our guests are still raving about it, and the energy of the night was everything we hoped for. The vibe was amazing, the space was beautiful, and once the music started, the dance floor turned into a full-on party that never slowed down. “I like The Bog Tavern and meet friends there, often for lunch. Like today~for my birthday! I should have gone with my gut and ordered my usual fried chicken sandwich instead of the Lobster Roll, which was a ($38.00) Lunch Special. I was speechless when our server(amazing Jordan) brought it out. It was a mealy, measly serving of lobster meat on a limp roll, with no lettuce to hold it together. And it tasted bland. Bog: Summer is almost here~ you need do to a MUCH better job with the classic Cape Cod Lobster Roll ~or take it off the menu!“

Been going here for years... havent gone as much as i used to since i became a long haul truck driver but back in the day i used to go almost every night. “Great location. The service was friendly but way too fast. We were served all of our food within 5 minutes of ordering. That made the table very crowded and we had to eat out hot food first instead of the appetizers. It was ridiculously expensive. We didn’t order the raw oysters as they were $37 for 6 with mignonette sauce. We couldn’t believe they charge an extra $5 for sauce. The sushi was good. We loved being on the marina and able to look at the boats.“

Everything needed or wanted was available, and the charm of the place itself was just beautiful. I don't know that I've ever slept so restful in a strange bed as I did here one gorgeous fall evening in New England.“

Many trips with ed jr down the cape and he has always had a passion for cooking and we had many conversations about it on our trips back n forth from the cape! I had lost touch for awhile and had heard ed jr had his own restaurant now and we had recently gone down the cape to visit my girlfriends dad at the military cemetery and we made sure we stopped in to check it out and im not surprised that his presentation and food is so good! Every bartender there always remembers my husband and I's order but more importantly they are all extremely personable and make the entire experience more enjoyable every time! I recently got married and because of my many great experiences at Sandwich Taverna, we immediately thought of them to host our after party and my expectations were exceeded! Thanos made the planning process so easy (which is GREATLY appreciated when in the mist of planning a wedding)! And our bartenders, Erica and Shantey, made our night absolutely amazing! “Did a search for a place on the water and went here. Boats all around on this inlet but was a great little spot. The weather was great so it was wonderful to be outside. Nice bar with friendly bartenders. Food was good and the staff was attentive but not overly. We didn't feel rushed at all.“
