“My husband and I just moved here and went to the Conference Table for dinner last night. We were exhausted from packing and moving and our experience at the restaurant was just perfection every way! Everyone was so friendly, our waitress was terrific, and the food was amazing! We had clam chowder and turkey club sandwiches and both were the best we’ve ever had! We’re looking forward to going back!“

Pretty flat welcome (verging on rude) from a blonde hostess with black glasses. It was interesting watching how friendly she was to others she brought to their tables after our frosty welcome. After this everything improved. The other servers were lovely, and the food excellent quality. The chicken is the best I’ve had in years.
We had a similarly disappointing experience with the same woman when we were leaving. She literally turned her head away from us.
Then we heard he shout a warm goodbye to someone leaving immediately behind us.
Not sure what we did to annoy this stranger, but it did take the edge off the experience. Disappointing!“

“The pros: decent burger at a decent price. I love the rolls they use. Burgers are what you want to get here, don't get distracted by the chicken wings or seafood0 it's not their Forte. If you want a side, the fries are OK but they are too pricey for me and the portions are small, I enjoy their Mac & cheese with burger in it, it'll make your eyes roll back in your head with each bite! Props on handling the crowds of people and getting the food out relatively fast, it's not easy. I also appreciate their late night hours. The cons: They won't put any burger dressings (lettuce, tomato, mayo, onion, etc.) on the side, so if you order to go, by the time you get home, the bottom half of the bun is a wet, inedible paste. Also, there's nothing to put ketchup in. No soufflé cups, no packets, so if you order fries, you have to squirt ketchup in the container the fries are in and they get - can u guess? Are you sensing a theme here? - yes, they get soggy. Maybe spend less money on the fancy to go bags and get a sleeve of 2 oz souflee cups, or gather nip bottles, anything!“

“I’m truly grateful to Jimmy. Had a few hiccups lately, but as an owner, and as an AMAZING man he is I explained my issues and he listened. “We had a great breakfast this morning in this warm, cozy restaurant. Delicious omelette any way you want with a huge variety of optional fillings. Many types of bread for your toast; we tried the sourdough and the multi-grain, and both were excellent. The home fries are perfectly cooked and seasoned. Friendly service and easy parking. They are on Route 151 in Mashpee.“

“Not only was the food and atmosphere great, so was the service. I suffer from a chronic illness and don’t do well with heat. When I started to not feel well, this team (led by David, I believe!) took care of me right away to cool down! They went above and beyond to help me feel better!! They even offered their establishment for me if I needed it throughout my day because of how hot it is. I cannot thank them and recommend this place enough! Know when you come here, you’re getting great food and great people! And the food was delicious too!! It was great to enjoy such a nice meal on the beach! And our waiter was fantastic.“

“For as long as I can remember this has always been a stop when we're in town. It's perfect for both kids as one likes hot dogs and other will pretty much eat anything. To no surprise the oldest got a hot dog, the youngest finally ordered his own wings and I got wings as usual.

Every bartender there always remembers my husband and I's order but more importantly they are all extremely personable and make the entire experience more enjoyable every time! I recently got married and because of my many great experiences at Sandwich Taverna, we immediately thought of them to host our after party and my expectations were exceeded! Thanos made the planning process so easy (which is GREATLY appreciated when in the mist of planning a wedding)! And our bartenders, Erica and Shantey, made our night absolutely amazing! So tentative, fun and handled our rather large crowd with ease. Thank you to the entire ST team for making our special night (and every night we are there) so memorable.“

“It’s a fine place for breakfast/brunch. Service is very slow even if they’re not packed. Food is good! When we asked about why the food was taking so long the waiter apologized but said that “he didn’t control the food”. Of course we are aware of that but he’s facing the clientele so better training would be good from management.“
