“I went into this location and I ordered wings and a pizza and when I got into the car I tried the pizza and initially I thought they gave me the wrong sauce.. upon going in I realize I had made the error.. and when I was informed by the woman at the front counter and made the wrong error she wasn't upset she didn't give me any attitude. Instead she found a way to rectify the situation in upon it being my mistake still managed to get me the right pizza without having to charge me.. know that but she got it all promptly
. Turns out she was the assistant manager name is Leandra and thank you Leandra it is hard to find good service in the food industry nowadays but you had handled that situation so well and so perfect and encourages me to come back to this location..“

“Clean restaurant. We came in on a Sunday night to get my daughter some chicken while we tried other things. Asked for no spice on the tenders. Flavor was a bit salty but overall the chicken was juicy and the portion size was generous. Fries were a bit of a let down, didn’t seem fresh.

I ate half and then saved the rest and reheated it in my air fryer and still got the same taste.“

Have you ever thought about how weird it is that wings and tenders are priced by amount of discrete pieces instead of by weight? Ever been shortchanged by the saddest little tenders or the tiniest and crappiest little wings ever? They will NOT do that to you here! No the numbers do not line up - I ordered 16 and got like 24 😎 it is a fair amount per dollar and the staff is kind and friendly.

The food here is made with love no matter whether you're ordering out or eating in. Real people with good food! Highly recommended.

And if you're vegetarian or vegan, the same kitchen and staff run Himalayan Kitchen which is super great also 👍🏻“

“A gem I wish hadn't taken me so many years to discover!

I swung by with a friend for Sunday afternoon football, and we had a fantastic experience. The atmosphere was very cozy and perfect for football: not too loud at all, and there were plenty of TVs showing the Pats game & RedZone to be easily viewed from any seats in the joint. The fellow patrons were delightful to hang out with for a few hours, very fun and there were many regulars. The service was fast, friendly, and made us feel like regulars on our first visit.

Prices were extremely reasonable. The food surpassed expectations (especially the fries, they're as good as they look in everyone's pictures)! There was also a great draft beer selection, and the bartender absolutely nailed it serving in chilled glasses.

“One of the best roast/bbq Chinese meats (crispy roast pork, duck, char sui etc) although in the outskirts of Chinatown and difficult to find parking. Well worth it though. Be ready for cash only. You can get protein by the pound, half ir whole duck/boiled chicken. Or yiu can get rice dishes, lo mein or noodles soup with protein of choice, which comes with some Napa cabbage. There a few booths for dine in but with limited street parking, we have only done this a handful if times.“

“The service is great and the people are nice. The only weird thing is with the cranberry walnut chicken salad wrap. The cranberries and walnuts aren’t in the chicken salad and just put on like a topping. It was odd. I’ve never seen that before. It wasn’t fun to eat when biting into a wrap with hard chunks of candied walnuts on one side. Hurts the teeth. If it’s all mixed in, they get a little soft and the cranberries rehydrate. Hopefully this gets fixed because the wrap would be great otherwise. The chips are fantastic.“

I took off a point because the handicap entrance doesn’t work—the handicap elevator next-door is out of service and the handicap door next-door is locked as well.“

“I’m a simple man and I like simple wings. Wings that are from actual adult chicken, not some juvenile teenage chicken. Wings that are cooked, not fried (or even air fried, trust me I’ve seen one) so it’s not greasy or dry as jerky. Wings that are fresh and prepared with simple ingredients like with buffalo sauce. Wings that don’t cost $18 dollars for 6 pieces. I thought these were easy, and yet for 7 years I’ve been in Boston, I just couldn’t find another place. I’ve been visiting here since 2022 when I moved to Cambridge, and am still coming once a few weeks. It’s almost how I celebrate my Friday, and I genuinely look forward to a big box of simple wings. P.s for a fast food like place, it surprises me almost every time I visit how nice and friendly their staff are (New England kind of nice, not over the top California kinda nice). Young folks are grumpy these days, but never have I seen one here. P.p.s their hot garlic flavor is buffalo chicken, my absolute favorite.“
