“They were out of roast beef which was a major bummer, however the guy was very apologetic and super kind. I ended up trying their homemade meatball which he said was his grandmother's recipe. It was very tasty, I will be back for the roast beef though!“
“This is my go to spot. I love their foods especially their kathiew, they have great portion and lots of meats in there. I also have to order their Thai tea or Thai ice coffee it’s very good! They have friendly staff that’s helpful and welcoming! If you’re looking for a place to eat I’d recommend this place! I’d rather eat inside instead of doing take out.“
“I got the Banana Walnut Waffle, which they ended up using almonds instead for some reason. It was probably better that way because it was really good! I had boba tea as well which was okay but not my favorite, might just be my personal taste. I don't remember the flavors we got, but the one my partner got I thought was tastier, so it varies.“
“We loved the place, the food was delicious, the portion sizes were very generous, the prices were on the lower side compared to other towns closer to Boston. The owner even us the dish for free (they had chicken something (nuggets, or skewers) special, and they wanted us to try it, and it was very delicious. We were visiting Lowell cotton museum on a snowy January Sunday, thus we wanted to eat inside. We were the only ones inside, but there were so many people coming in to pick up their orders, so I figured we made the right choice for lunch, this place must be popular among locals. Next time we are in Lowell again, we'll make sure to come back Osawa!“
“We have been frequenting this restaurant for a long time. Why? It is consistently good. The service is always outstanding. Prices have elevated following Covid and so our visits aren't as often but we can always depend that our meal will be delicious and well-prepared.“
“Best Crab Rangoon around!! Add General Tso’s Chicken & Pork Fried rice along with maybe some beef Teriyaki or Beef with Broccoli for some great takeout. They don’t really do sit down service anymore but their food is the focus. Delicious and served by a hard-working family. “Don’t forget the sauce” : )“

“It's so hard to find doughy pan fried dumplings if you can find them at all but they make them here! & they're bite size! I also like the fried won tons, egg rolls & battered chicken fingers. The service is always kind & pleasant. They have tables set up but I don't believe they have table service & there's no ambiance. But it works if you need to eat there. I always get take out. Remember to order extra duck sauce!“
“I called and spoke to a manager Brian, at store 2131 in Billerica Massachusetts. He was patient and kind while listening to my situation. He gave me some excellent advise which I was going to follow up on his suggestion. He promised to keep me in mind, if anything should become useful, in my search.He went above and beyond to help me get the information I needed. He actively reached out to other managers, called me back a day later, and was able to point me in a better direction to help me find what I needed.What is so important you might ask?My mother in law is 100, will be 101 in December. I was fortunate enough to gift her some of the old ceramic bowls when the change over happened.During thanksgiving, the bowls became part of her Christmas wish. She loves and enjoys them so much, and wants a few more.Unfortunately, I have yet been able to find anyone or business to purchase themfor her. New or usedBrian did give me the company name that Panera used to supply them. “Dined there last night and the food was as great as always. I got the Chicken Scampi, everything was on point. It was unfortunate that a customer allowed their child to shriek out and run around the restaurant. I know there is nothing management can do, but it is still a pet peeve. The reason I have a concern is that I walk with a prosthetic leg and tripping over a child is NOT a good start to the evening. I can absolutely guarantee you the Olive Garden’s food is better than what they give you at Holy Family Hospital. Anyway, the one issue the restaurant can address is the hostess’s attitude, it stunk. She just threw the menu on the table and didn’t say a word. Aside from the server’s lackluster attitude and the child running around, the meal was very good and my server was very good. I will be back.“
