“I’ve always enjoyed solbean and I definitely will never stop going there for their smoothies, but recently Ive experienced poor service. I ordered ahead and had to wait 15 extra minutes. But the store was practically empty, no one was ordering, and no one was making anything or even behind the counter. When I got up to say something, I saw that my order was already being made, but it looks like the person just gave up or walked away on my order for at least 10 minutes. However, after mentioning it to the only worker behind the counter, she got right to my order and made it!“

“Bryan and Michele frequent tapiocatea every chance we get. Michele loves the Strawberry Cheesecake tea and of course the Teriyaki Beef Banh Mi sandwich. Bryan's go to is the Birria Banh Mi sandwich and his choice of drink is the Matcha Lavender Milk Tea. This place gets a 5 out of 5 on everything. This is a must try!!!! Both sandwiches are pictured below as well as a bubble waffle and crepe.“

“Best breakfast sandwich on the planet (bacon egg and cheese on a homemade biscuit). Coffee drinks have all been phenomenal as well. Parking can be tough at peak times but always worth an extra lap if you can swing it.Kid-friendliness: Lots of sitting options, things to look at, sometimes art supplies out for them to draw with.“

All of the staff, from the sales managers to waitstaff, chefs and bartenders are wonderful to work with and go above and beyond at each event.“

“Let me start with…this was something the City Of Lawrence needed and didn’t even know it! The most cozy coffee house and a twist on the Art Culture, the coffee and sandwiches are out of this world! They know what Coffee Culture is all about and they are all knowledgeable, the Turkey & Swiss Sandwich is my favorite (just make sure you go hungry since the sandwiches are large portions) will keep going to what has become a staple in the Lawrence Community.“

“I stopped in for a quick take away smoothie which turned into also getting a sandwich! They are def a quality shop. Lot of other reviews comment on the price, which is why you get what you pay for. I got the chocolate smoothie which was delicious, the worker in there explained they use natural ingredients, etc and it tasted pure. I dropped it accidentally and they made a new one quickly and would not let me help clean. Very great service! The chicken shawarma sandwich was a special and it was so good. They are very kind and great quality food. I wish they did more advertising!“

“Cute Asian drink/banh mi/grocery store right on the edge of downtown Salem. The vegetables seemed fresh, and though items were a little expensive it's reasonable tradeoff for convenience. There's a good mix of novelty items (rare flavors) and basics. Of interest is the variety of ice cream flavors, pickled vegetables, herbs including fresh Thai basil and lemon grass, and stuffed plushies. We enjoyed the banh mi which was flavorful and on a delicious crusty baguette - wish there was slightly more meat!“

“My husband and I do doordash and I was picking up an order here. My husband went in and was going to buy me a iced tea they make and the owner was so generous and kind he didn't charge him. This kind of service is how every business owner should be. I hope.they have a blessed year in life and in business because they went above in beyond in customer service and hospitality. Also the one in Salem plays horrible pop music which ruins the entire vibe . And omg the juice is a tiny cup ! And it was separated. They went downhill fast !!! So dissatisfied. “OK not to be dramatic but I would eat here every single day if I could afford it. I have literally driven here from Swampscott through downtown Salem during rush hour when I am craving an açaí bowl because I refuse to go anywhere else -- like, hands down the best bowls on the north shore. Close second is The Juicery in Salem. SoBol never skimps on anything & everything is soooo fresh and delicious every time, without fail. When I go in, it's usually teenagers working and they are very friendly and positive which I feel is rare these days, they are not sitting on their phones and being rude, they are genuinely customer-oriented and that speaks to the owner of the store and their ability to staff young people in the workforce. The store is always clean and there's always parking. The options for add-ons are more than any other place in the area--shout out to their cookie butter, it's heavenly and I always get extra. I rave about this place and if I didn't work full time and have a business already, I would probably work here LOL. Can't wait until the next time I get a coconut bowl with plant protein blended in, extra goji berries and extra cookie butter!“
