“Ordered a split brigadeiro cake for my moms birthday, finally just got done eating some now and I am beyond impressed! The coconut side and chocolate side were sensational, very moist and dense with incredible flavor. The staff was very helpful and willing to let me pick it up earlier than I had planned, when I walked into the store I was entranced by all the most enticing pastries both behind the glass and on the shelves. I will be coming back here for my birthday cake and hopefully many more!“

Customer service is always excellent & Guy is a great owner & is taking care of his customers by selling gloves, sanitizer, wipes, etc during this time. “Came in today, Sunday 10/13, expecting a decent crowd since it’s Sunday! Walked in and it was busy but only one young girl working. Just wanted to comment on how wonderful of a job she did despite seeming overwhelmed with the large orders and being by herself. Maybe someone was on break, but I just wanted to comment on great she did by herself on a busy Sunday morning! She was apologetic for the wait over and over again. Great service and I hope this young girl gets recognized for her great job!!“

“Mama Barba’s was so easy and fun to work with! I had a theme and she was able to run with it!! This was great since I lack in creativity. My son and party guests were so impressed and excited. Not only are they cute but delicious too. I would highly recommend mama Barba’s bake shop.“
“Christine is awesome! On short notice she was able to help me come up with a plan to provide some cookies to the ICU floor at Milford Regional Medical Center on behalf of my sick father. The staff were very appreciative and loved the cookies. Will use Christine again in a heart beat if I need any more cookies.“
