“I have been a regular at Millbury Panera Bread for many years and always was very impressed with the service, in particular Amanda Mills. She has been an outstanding attribute to Panera bread and we, as customers absolutely loved her, she was so accommodating and friendly to all. However, unfortunately, she has been mistreated by the management and was put in a position in which she was forced to quit due to a challenging situation. I would hope all employees, especially outstanding would be treated with the respect they are due to in the future~ Thank you!“

“Amazing! The Reuben blew my mind and the fries are wicked flavorful. We ate here every single day of our Salem stay and it still didn’t feel like I got enough of it. Their desserts are so good. The whoopie pies, chocolate and funfetti, remind me of childhood. I also had the chocolate and vanilla cupcakes…chefs kisses all around. The husband said the cookies were great and had several every night for a bedtime snack. They had peanut butter chocolate chip and traditional chocolate chip. Both were winners! We tried the Reuben, turkey wrap, chicken sandwich, steak sandwich, and desserts. Everything was great. We did not have one item that didn’t taste great. Make this one of your must visit stops if you’re in Salem!“

“My wife and I took our 3 year old daughter to check out this new coffee shop after it came up in a Google search. Let me say I had not met the couple that owns the shop before today, and yet I have never felt so invested in wanting to see a new shop succeed as much as I did this one! The owners are a lovely young couple, extremely friendly, and accommodating. They love what they do and it shows in the quality of the food. I ordered the Pi (egg sandwich) and a cold brew coffee. Both were excellent. They roast their own coffee beans and it had just the right amount of roasted coffee flavor. There were a dozen other things I wanted to try, including the creme brulee cheescake, the baklava cheese cake, and the Greek pies. My wife got a hot coffee with almond milk, mocha and peppermint. I like my coffee creamy, and this was the first coffee with almond milk that tasted good to me. I have found my new favorite coffee shop in the area. Whatever you're doing, drop it and visit Coffee & Pi now!“

“We had a massive snowstorm over the weekend that canceled my daughter’s sixth birthday party, and she woke up absolutely heartbroken. In a last-minute Hail Mary, I called The Rose Room Cafe to see if there was ANY chance a few kids could come in for cake, presents, and a little celebration to lift her spirits. They didn’t hesitate—they were incredibly accommodating and let us use their beautiful space on short notice. The team was so warm, flexible, and genuinely kind; they truly went above and beyond to make sure my little girl felt special on her big day. The cozy, welcoming atmosphere was perfect for our small group, and it turned what could have been a sad day into a magical, memorable one. The Rose Room isn’t just a great cafe with amazing coffee, scratch-made treats, and local vibes—they’re a community gem that cares deeply about the people around them. I owe them big time and can’t thank them enough. If you’re in the area, support this wonderful spot—you won’t find kinder people or a warmer place. Highly recommend! “Recently I had a surprise 70th birthday for my husband at the Sturbridge Rod and Gun club. They did the catering and set up for me. They were amazing to work with. Absolutely everyone said how great the food was. I dealt with Lisa who was such a pleasure to work with. Everything was as they said and were punctual. “Nice little coffee place. The coffee it self is kinda w.e and just pretty sure its pot coffee. The baked goods and sandwich are where its at and better quality then I expected.

They dont have espresso, which I thought was odd but its only a small gripe.

“We brought three generations to Special Teas to fulfill my mother’s wish to have tea with her daughters and granddaughter. It was a lovely way to spend a fall afternoon. The service was fantastic and staff were very attentive. The variety in teas allowed everyone in our group the opportunity to experience unique tea flavors. The food and desserts were phenomenally delicious and traditional and paired well with the tea fare. Thank you for giving us a wonderful afternoon and a memory that will last a lifetime.“

“Sending email with payment due 3 days before its due... Does bursar or anyone in that office have thousands of $ in their account to be able to make that kind of payment on such a short notice? Why do they expect an average parent to be able to have it? I find it disrespectful and straigh up abuse. How is a student supposed to concentrate on learning with this kind of surprises? He registered few months ago!!! And you had to wait for the last 3 days to notify? if you want horrible communication about financial part - that's your school. Teachers are great. Bursar's office is a constant source of stress and will not volunteer any information - should be working as spies.“

“After many years of living in this town, I have come to the conclusion that we either have a hidden enclave of hipsters that are only allowed to leave their community to go to Honeysuckle, OR there is something about Honeysuckle that is so amazing to the wider hipster community they are willing to travel all the way to Whitinsville from the good towns and cities to drink this coffee.

That’s exactly the vibe I want from a local coffee shop. Your drink will cost a bit more than it will at the larger chain coffee places but you leave feeling like you exchanged money for caffeine in the most ethical way possible. And that, at the end of the day, is worth more than a few extra coins in your pocket.“

“Denise and her team just catered my wedding this past Saturday. We are so beyond pleased with everything. Presentation was splendid. Our guests loved the food (especially the crab cakes!) and there was plenty of food to ensure everyone was full. And then the dessert was utterly over-the-top. My grandmother, who hardly ever indulges in sweets, ate about 10 blueberry tarts. The macarons (my #1 request) were all delicious. Beyond everything, the reason to work with Elm’s Cafe is because of Denise. She was a delight to work with- relaxed, attentive, detail-oriented. She made sure my vision came to life and went out of her way to help us.“
