After multiple encounters with teenagers loitering in the store and stealing drinks under the guise of getting water, this location may be more reluctant to offer future teenagers cups for water.Parking: There are 5 spots in front of the building, as well as a lot connected that the neighbors use to park there is space for roughly another 5 cars there, and worst case there is a cvs lot 100 ft away.Wheelchair accessibility: There is a ramp to get up to the building on the side entrance.Dietary restrictions: Workers are knowledgeable about ingredients of their product, however are not extremely conscientious about cross contamination. “This place it's cute, casual, like you are walking into Grandma's house through the back door (the kitchen) Service it's great, very friendly staff, they serve your first cup of tea, loved that. The food was to die for, everything was amazing. We got to try some new things and the scones were the best I ever had, so much so that I didn't even miss the clotted cream (they make their own, it's different but still good)Lovely atmosphere with a bunch of friendly people.The only thing is that it took an hour and a half for us to get our food. We had somewhere else to be so we kind of rushed through tea.Overall, great place with awesome staff and delicious food.“

“Worcester is quite a drive for me so I’ve been looking forward to stopping by here for a while I did in fact have the roast beef sandwich and it didn’t disappoint large portion sizes in the roast beef itself was fantastic. My father tried the pastrami and he wasn’t able to eat half of it in one sitting the food is great and it is definitely worth an hour drive to visit.“

“First time there grabbed a couple sandwiches and stuff and a salad so I'd have some food for a couple days. Love how a lot of the stuff is fresh and homemade and from scratch such as soups, sandwiches, chili and scones. Definitely will come back. Food is great. Atmosphere is great people. There are great. Everything was just right. Felt very welcome when I walked through the door.“

“My husband and i travel frequently and subways are our one stop shop! We never know what to expect when going to a subway. This experience was in the top 3 in new england! Taylor,Dawn and Hannah assisted our order and the amount of friendliness, professionalism and general care for our food and day was outstanding. The freshness of food was very amazing as well! We unfortunately (but fortunately) left our debit card and went back for it the next afternoon and enjoyed another lunch that did not disappoint. We look forward to the next time we are in the Oxford area to stop by and get some lunch!“

“I see a lot of issues on these reviews but I have always gone to the shrewsbury store since before this opened and have had so many issues with that store I decided to try this one. No problems at all. Sandwich was great. Staff wasnt rude. I was only 1 of 3 customers there but it was 230pm. Place is much bigger and cleaner than shrewsbury too.As of right now I have no reason to go to shrewsburys store I will just go to this closer to me store.“
