“It was so nice walking in and being greeted by Steven and his team. Steven was friendly, attentive and just had such a great attitude. We’re pretty particular about how we like our sandwiches made, and he actually listened and made them exactly how we asked, which doesn’t always happen at other Jersey Mike’s locations we’ve been to!

Steven also has a great sense of humor and upbeat personality. He had customers laughing, and you could tell his positive energy carried over to his team too.

I just wanted to give Steven, the rest of the team (sorry I didn’t catch everyone’s names!), and this location the recognition they deserve. Thank you all for taking such good care of us and making our sandwiches perfectly, especially cutting them open-faced and not all the way through, just how we like them! I believe there are only two perfect people who have ever walked this earth, Jesus Christ and Jay from Subway. The ham layering - astounding, the mayonnaise coating - staggering, and the unpretentious sprinkling of gently-strained Mediterranean Sea Salt and Andes-grown rich black pepper brings my mouth to a climax one often spends a lifetime searching for. I'm vegan and limited options for me ( nothing on menu, but i can be creative, i go next door to the Big Y grocery superstore), however Family that are normal diet, love this deli place, top notch, wide selection, xtremely tasty.. service is speedy and the prep is great. There is a seating area.. however it's hustle and bustle, kinda like a diner atmosphere.. eat quik kinda place , during rush hours..

Vegetarian options: Being a vegan and not seeing menu prospects for me, I go next door to the Big Y super grocery store and put something together for myself.. my fam w normal diet choices, loves this tasty deli place..“

“I am a frequent customer of this location, eat 2-3 days a week. used to love eating amato's as a kid best place to go to relive my childhood. Do have a problem with the young guy that works there twice now whenever he has had to make my sandwiches he has messed up. Refuse to order through doordash anymore and will only go in the store and order so I can watch him make my sandwiches. Not the sound rude but it's really not that hard to read Black ink on white paper on how to make a sandwich especially since I order the same thing every time I go in made the same way“

Ideal place to stop for a sub to eat in the parking lot before heading into a concert on the way to the Xfiniti Center in Mansfield.“
