“Ordered takeout from Bruegger’s Bagels and it actually hit the spot. The peppered bacon, egg, and cheese on an everything bagel was delicious and the bagel was super fresh. Iced coffee was solid too. Everything traveled well and genuinely made my morning. A bit on the pricey side, but at least it was worth it.“

“Honestly, the bagels are always awesome, but the customer service is so great. They are so busy and yet somehow everybody working there happens to be happy, smiling and fun. Shout out to Recco who answered all my questions about cinnamon butter lol. He also really explained everything about pop-up bagel and he was super helpful in a very busy chaotic setting. “Visited this new branch and and my expectations were met. The bagels were fresh, hot, straight out of the fire. And the scallion cream cheese was absolutely delicious. I also got the brown sugar butter, that came out cold and hard so it was more difficult to eat on the spot. But the everything bagel + scallion cream cheese was a heavenly combo.

The space itself is pretty small, no where to sit just a standing bar. And it's quite loud, with music blasting, and hectic in there. The service is super fast, even with a long line.“

“This was the strangest experience I’ve ever had. Came in here at 9am on a Tuesday like the pregnant fat kid I am needing a bagel and cream cheese.

Turns out their bagels are sold in packs of 3 only. I went back and forth with the cashier being like but I just want ONE bagel. It is truly the oddest business model to be forced to buy 3 bagels for 15 bucks with cream cheese that only works for like 2 of the bagels.

I proceeded to be forget about it I’ll just google somewhere else in assembly when an angel of a store manager appeared like my knight in shining armor- he said he would just on the house give me 2 bagels and only charge me for the cream cheese (7). That was a really honest to goodness customer service act right there.

This dude totally made it right to be like yeah it’s really weird we don’t do single bagels.

Overall great experience here and the food was good, I just won’t be back because well… I just want one bagel and cream cheese for 3.50 like a normal place (mamalehas etc).

If you come here you can also eat at capitol one next door bc this spot has literally zero seating“

It’s quite expensive. Plus, they charge $2 to slice bagels and will only do so if you call ahead to place your order. They don’t have any vegan/tofutti cream cheese for sale. Expect a line out the door if going in the morning.“

“I recommend this location for their bagels, but NEVER buy a gift card for someone who would use this location. They do not take them. Corporate says that because this is a licensed store, they can choose not to....buyer beware for here and ANY location that is licensed on a college campus, airport or mall. They apologized and have only a handful of locations in the USA that will take a gift card. 😢“

However we found the drink good and enjoyed it. Their standing kiosk is not same as the items that they really have so keep in mind to check the glass display counter.“

To be honest after having NY bagels, these don't seem as chewy in the middle, but for Boston they are good. Also, I've bought a chocolate croissant. The croissant didn't have that flakey buttery texture of a typical French style croissant. But, I will say they've made up for it as it was huge. The bagel and the cream cheese filling was very generous as well. If you want good value and good portions this is a place to go to.“

“It's a small shop compared to the big grocery stores but has a nice selection of staples and treats. I had a chocolate rugelach there that just about melted my brain. The coffee is very good. The ambiance and the friendliness of the staff contribute to how much I like this store. The prices are average for the area for high quality goods. There's no seating.“

“This place is adorable and so cozy! I managed to snag a seat indoors after a bit of waiting and would love to spend a good rainy WFH day here. There are very limited seats so plan accordingly if you’re hoping to stay. I was a bit disappointed by my drink - their specialty lemonade ran around $7 and was not memorable. But, I was able to get work done and enjoyed the playlist and company.“

“Three of us went in yesterday around 11:45 for a quick lunch and we were all very happy: I had the cold turkey sandwich on a challah roll, the coleslaw and a secret dressing were on the sandwich and it was delicious. I'm also not a huge lover of pickles, but the nice big one accompanying the sandwich was good!

Other dishes were the chicken salad on a bagel and a bagel, schmear and veggies. Katie (I think that is her name???) took our order and brought it out as soon as it was ready, as well as checked in with us to see how everything was.
