“I write reviews all the time, and I visit a lot of restaurants, so I’m not easily impressed. But this place truly deserves every one of these five stars.
I normally don’t like restaurant pizza and hadn’t eaten pizza in over a year because I could never find one that I genuinely enjoyed. Then today I tried the O’ Cheese Parm Pizza here, and wow—I finally found a pizza I absolutely love! The onion rings were incredible too.
What impressed me even more was the service. Every employee was friendly, attentive, and genuinely welcoming. You can teach people how to serve food, but you can’t teach genuine kindness—and this place has it.
The food was amazing, but honestly, even if it hadn’t been, the outstanding customer service alone would make me want to come back. That’s how good the staff are.

“Last night I had the pleasure of visiting Volo Craft Pizza in Swampscott, MA — and wow, what an experience! 🌊🍕 The ambiance right by the water is beautiful, with Boston’s skyline in the distance, and the service made us feel right at home. Owners Pina and Tony are so warm and personable — it truly feels like family when you’re there. Now, the food… absolutely incredible. Having grown up with New York City parents (and with my own background working in a pizza restaurant), I know good pizza when I taste it — and this was next-level. Their Detroit-style Double Trouble pizza with hot honey was out of this world. 🍯🔥 The Caesar salad with fresh-grated cheese was crisp and flavorful, and don’t even get me started on the cannolis with chocolate chips and lemon — pure heaven. 🍋🍫 I’d happily drive 35 minutes any day for this. Our group of 6 was treated to an amazing lunch at Prince's today.

We had the Mushroom and Sauceech Pizza, Veal Parm, Eggplant Parm, Fried Chicken Sandwich... I did the Side of Angel Hair with 1 Sauceech and 1 Meatball. The sauce is Amazing!! Fresh, Homemade, San Maranzano Tomatoes make it sweet. Just like I've had in Italy.

“Searched for brick oven pizza in the North End. This was one of the first ones to pop up and I remember it getting a high score and a good review from Dave Portnoy of Barstool Sports pizza reviews. My girlfriend and her son both loved it too. Very generous with the toppings. Sauce is amazing and fresh tasting. Great crust too. Staff was friendly. Didn't take long either. The World Cup final was going on so the atmosphere was fun and going crazy when Spain scored.“

“500 Ocean is a beautiful property with some amazing amenities. It is in a great location, surrounded by ocean views, restaurants and very accessible to the T, literally right below the building. My husband and I had a great experience living here and had rarely any issues. The main issue we had at move-in was addressed and we were even offered a small gift for the inconvenience. I love the maintenance staff and they are always so pleasant and helpful. One of my favorite parts of living here was having an in-house fitness coach/ personal trainer- Cienna Jade! She is so amazing to work with and has really helped me along my fitness journey. It was so convenient having her come to the 500 Ocean gym, which is one of the best gyms I've seen in an apartment home. She conducts 1 on 1 sessions and will literally work with you on scheduling a time that's convenient for you as well as offering group or couple sessions! Overall, very pleasant experience!“

Proper pepperoni-pepperoni pizza with burrata and hot honey (my favorite one) Cheese and Milanese- cheese pizza with chicken cutlet and red peppers. We also wanted to try the arancini- made with prosciutto instead of ground beef. You can take it to go but we decided to stay and eat. Beautifully decorated. The owner Stefano was so nice and checked on us to see if we needed anything. As we were leaving we stopped at the gelato counter and got a gelato to go. I had the oreo. Soooo good!
