Not in good company
A recent visit to the COTC was underwhelming ...
Service.. was spotty. .the wait staff and waiter`s assistants seemed to lack proper training to work in a "fine" restaurant..the..table was not properly cleaned between courses..dishes were whisked away without even asking if one was done eating! Not sure what the rush was??Not professional .
Food..we certainly had better..salad.. ,lobster bisque almost tasteless

I just had the best 70th birthday dinner here! Chef Joseph created a delicious menu and paired wines. The Company Popovers accompanied a crisp Caesar salad,
Wagyu beef and a lobster tail with smashed potatoes & broccolini was the entree, rounded out with “The Marriage of Crème Brûlée + Chocolate Mousse” and Dows Fine Sherry Port.
