Great food and fine dining
Jam was a terrific server. Food was excellent - the filet was the best we've had in some time.
We had a three person party. The steaks were under cooked. I had the Wagu Flat Iron medium rare and it came to the table rare. I decided to eat it and it was a really poor cut. It was hard to slice and hard to eat. Very chewy. A third of it was not edible and at that price it was disappointing. With that said, the vibe and service was great. I would definitely go back. I just wouldn't order the Wagu Flat Iron steak.
