Sayle's Seafood Reviews
Huge portions of delicious fresh seafood! It's casual and informal counter service. If you are in town and love seafood, head here!
It was the best fish and chips I have probably had on or off island.
I was looking for simple no frills seafood and man did this place deliver! Not only was the food amazing but it was a reasonable price too! We were greated with exceptional hospitality and it carried through our visit. The entire staff was delightful, smiley and so helpful!

Sayle's Seafood, located on the island, is known for its delicious fried bay scallop rolls, featuring juicy, sweet scallops on a soft toasted bun with tartar sauce. The restaurant offers a variety of seafood, including whole belly fried clams, lobster, shrimp, calamari, and steamers, all cooked perfectly. Customers have praised the seafood platter, which includes clam chowder. The sides, such as coleslaw and chips, complement the meals nicely. Prices are among the cheapest on the island, with a $6 chowder and a $19 fried clam sandwich. Although seating is limited, with about 3 tables outside on their deck, customers can enjoy takeout or wait a short time, as the wait is only about 10 minutes. The staff is friendly and welcoming, making it a great spot for anyone visiting the island. One customer noted it was the "best food we had on the island," highlighting the fantastic clam chowder and fried oyster sandwich as well.
